Update September 25, 2023, what’s the point of ordering online if I still have to pull over to the spots at 1:30 too? You couldn’t get my small order ready in 10 minutes? That’s pathetic.
I usually have decent experiences at this Wendy’s as it’s my 16yr old sons favorite food. We go several times a week. Tonight, I had the unfortunate time of having Ronisha as my drive through person. She was very rude. Could barely hear her on the intercom, then she abruptly ended speaking to us and told us to pull up. No niceties, no couth. When we pulled up to pay, we inform her that we need to put 5.25 on our card then pay the rest in change and there it is. She looked at us like omg. Really? We get our food quite quickly, discussing with my fiancé her attitude issues, I tell him to ask for the receipt. When he does, and also for a straw, she scoffs at him, turns around and out loud says, “OMG”. So, he tells her, “the reason I asked for the receipt is because I wanted your name.” Instead of apologizing (she’s wearing a manager shirt!) She says, “good! My name is right on there!” Wow!! How unprofessional and rude!!
There’s another Wendy’s right down the road, they will be getting my business now thanks to Ronisha and her piss poor behavior tonight. Maybe she shouldn’t be in customer service with an attitude like that. Honestly, Your store’s night shift is a little rough. Maybe try to diversify some? Probably can’t cause they’ll get ganged up on. Need a real manager. Not Ronisha!!! I’d get her straight real quick!! I know fast food is paying decent now, well they still need to earn they’re pay! Read more(05-30-23) If I could give 0 stars I would, I got in line 45 mins before the store closed, and when I got in line and started my order, I was disrespectfully cut off and greeted by a "we are only doing mobile orders, goodbye", so I asked "why when the store was open until 2 am" (not stated online or on their website, it seems like they change it day to day whether they wanna stay open to do their job depending on the manager there that day), she said "get out of line, that was disrespectful, we are only doing mobile orders," and when I asked for her name she said "no, now get out," additionally when i got home from work to not be able to give the food to my family, my wife called the store and the same person answered and was also disrespectful to her and talked to her in a very immature way and hung up on her multiple times, so yeah, for the people who asked for $15 an hour and won't even do their job, let's just say that was not very appropriate for a supposedly well respected fast food restaurant and I will be contacting corporate on them for the disrespect that was shown by this store, and will never be eating at this or any other wendys for as long as I am alive. Read moreI came here after work around 3 - 3:30ish. Their drive thru was pretty busy so I decided to just go inside. Once I walked in, no one greeted me. There seemed to have been mix ups at the register with other customers. I waited about 6 minutes before someone “helped” me and I still wasn’t even greeted. I understand that it was busy and that they were all stressed out but I use to work in food service and have never ever taken my stress out on other customers. When I was getting my order taken, whoever was at the register was rushing me to order and made me feel stupid for not knowing whether I wanted the “combo or just the sandwich.” I don’t know if this person was having a bad day or something. When I finally got my food, I said thank you and all I got was a “mhmm.” Not to mention, the sweet tea wasn’t sweet and their fries were bitter and it tasted like they had been using burnt oil.
