Bethesda Bagels — Restaurant in Washington

I am eating an everything bagel with caramelized onion and cracked black pepper cream cheese and I may actually pass out from how good it is. PLUS it's huge, and I got it and a medium coffee for five bucks. Eat your heart out, New York, there's a new best bagel on the scene.

EDIT: things have really gone downhill since I first wrote the above. Not have my last few everything bagels looked like plain bagels (where is the everything that's supposed to encrust the exterior???), but I've been given the wrong bagel several times now. Today I paid for an everything bagel and was given something that looked like a flatbread and tasted like focaccia and shoe leather had a baby. I get that you're busy, but if the bagels are consistently under-toasted, under-seasoned, and often wrong, why should I keep coming back? There are very few times I would post a review but the awful customer service and the horrible experience ordering and then reordering and then waiting for our food to arrive made me write this review! And this has happened multiple times. This morning we made an online order just to find that it was made incorrectly. On approaching the cashier, instead of listening to us calmly and trying a bit to resolve the issue, he came to a judgement in 5 seconds that we ordered it incorrectly. Despite placing the instructions on our order, it didn’t come out as expected. What’s funny is they take our food back to the kitchen and instead of making it again, try giving us the same sandwich back. This is borderline violating the food and health standards. I will never order from this place again. We ordered a delivery from Bethesda Bagels, using Door Dash. We ordered 5 bagel sandwiches, 3 donuts, and drinks. The order arrived missing 1 sandwich, 1 donut, and with the wrong drinks. When we called Bethesda Bagel to report the missing items and request a credit, they told us they had no responsibility for an incomplete order or later order (it was almost 2 hours late), and any problems were because of Door Dash. Excuse me? You are the restaurant and your staff prepare the food. All Door Dash does is pick up the order. Bethesda Bagels says they have no responsibility and refused to either give us a credit for the missing items or to complete the order.
