If there was a 0 star, they would get it. The in store service was good to an extent since they were following protocols. I went into an AT&T store for an upgrade, in hindsight I should have went to BB when they said they dont have the phone in stock. This is where it went down hill even until now. I was told that it would only take 1 week or so for the phone to be delivered, it turned to 2 weeks , then to 3 then month. Went to the store and they dont know and I should call ATT customer service, because they know they would have to wait lik 2 hrs on the phone for a run around and then get disconnected. This happened multiple times. Then 2 months later my order got canceled, no phone call email or anything while they charged me for the installment payment, the upgrade fee and monthly few and didnt reimbursed me for the taxes I paid on the 1k phone.
So after 4 months (3/21/22 until now) I have no phone , they told me I have to call my cc and dispute the charge because ATT had put it their bottom line as profit ( by scamming their customers). Now i have to wait for the refund before i redo my order because ATT wants me to pay taxes on this phone on top of the one they didn't deliver. But this time I will ne going to BB so hopefully I ge thy a new phone before the end...
