I want to start by saying we love this location and my complaint has nothing to do with the location itself but Gregory's customer service. I placed an order for delivery through the Gregory's app today, waited an hour, my order was canceled, and nothing was done. My son is ill, so I am home caring for him. After paying bills for the month, though my funds were low, I spent my last on a cup of coffee from Gregory's. I placed an order for delivery through the app and waited about an hour before it showed that, for whatever reason, my order was canceled. They use ubereats as their delivery service, keep this in mind. I reached out to Gregory's customer service to see if anything could be done. I was told my money would be refunded in a few days, so I asked if the order could be placed again on their end instead of being refunded. I was told it could not and that I would have to make a second order and pay AGAIN or come and pick it up. However, if I could pick up the order, I would've done that in the first place. I'm a single mother, home with my child, who is sick. I just used my last to order a drink that did not arrive due to no fault of my own. There was no warning that the drink would potentially not come; it just didn't. Nothing was done on the end of Gregory's besides a refund, which means nothing as of today becuase the money will not be in my account for another few days. So now I sit here with no money, no coffee, and no resolution to this issue.
AGAIN, this is no fault of the people working at this location. They're fantastic, and I have a great experience with them whenever I go. Read moreI've loved every other location I've been to, but I went to this location for the first time yesterday. I ordered a vegan scramble and a small lean green smoothie and was charged almost $30. I'll fully admit fault for not paying more attention before completing the purchase. It being a Sunday morning, the line was a little long so I sat down and start my meal. When there was a lull, I go back up to the register and let them know about the overcharge. She first does something on the register (I assume she's looking at the recent transactions) but doesn't say anything.
Then she says she'll have to get the manager, but that's it. I go back to my seat to finish my meal. I wait a little bit and go back up. This time she writes something down on a sticky note and says she'll inform the manager, but doesn't ask for my info, so I have no idea how I'm supposed to get a refund? After I finish eating I wait about 10 more minutes to see if anyone will come over or say anything but nothing, andst this point I don't feel like I should have to go back up to the register again.

I am complicated, jump from subject to subject, hard to please at times, and don't know what to pick off the menu and have a million and 1 questions at times. You should know this emotionally intelligent and patient man was not only capable of dealing with my idiosyncrasies but was more than willing to help me out. I'm just 1 person, but you know more than anyone that 'drops fill buckets', all puns intended lol. To that end, I was so impressed with this esteemed man, that I couldn't help but write to you and share my experience with him and recommend this location to others because of this superstar.
If he can ably accommodate me, I would be hard-pressed to suggest any human alive that he couldn't accommodate.
