It's UNFORTUNATE and A SHAME that some people, who work in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry, are frustrated and DEGUSTED with performing the job duties and TASKS that come along with their ASSIGNED position. They have the AUDACITY to intentionally be RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the people (THE PAYING CUSTOMER),who assist in making it possible for them (THE EMPLOYEES) to get paid. Years ago, when I had to DO WHAT I HAD TO DO and work a job that DID NOT agree with my mental makeup, or PAY ME what I wanted, I worked hard to refrain from being rude and nasty to the CUSTOMERS, WHO IN FACT did not pressure me to apply to work a job that makes me miserable and cranky. The pharmacy staff need to RE-EVALUATE the reason they completed a employment application and seek customer service training IMMEDIATELY!!! They need to understand that ALL customers, who make a decision to patronize their business, have different awareness levels, and may need additional assistance with locating some items on the sales floor. They need to refrain from disrespectfully speaking to customers, who seek their help. It was important for me to make sure that I was not being unrealistic about my outlook of my experience or to much in my feelings about the situation. It appears that A LOT of other customers had SIMILAR experiences. This store locations current Google rating of 2.9 speaks numbers. I would like to commend, compliment and acknowledge the good service provided to customers by Ms. Brenda at the register. She has noticeable pretty platinum hair. Lastly, The CVS corporation need to figure out WHY they have $$$ a d revenue to pay for armed security guards to be present in the store to not mitigate theft, but eat snacks and play around with staff. That money could be going towards hard...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate this Pharmacy! The male pharmacist Emod or Emhad (however you spell it) is a complete jack behind. He is rude and lazy. Every time I go in there he acts like he has an attitude especially if the script isn't there and he has to order it. When he has to go the extra mile to order your script he acts as if he is asked to physically move a mountain. When my daughter had to have surgery he had an attitude when he had to order her pain medicine. I just went in there today to fill a prescription for my son. He would NOT ORDER IT! He said the prescription only comes in 150 ML which is a lie because I checked with Cigna first and it comes in 60ML, 120 ML, 15ML and 180 ML. So then he says they aren't allowed to open the bottle. So I asked could he call the doctor and he said NO. So I call the doctor while standing there and she was willing to talk to them to get the prescription ordered. He told her NO she needed to provide me a whole new script. Mind you this is an ADHD medication so you have to physically pick these prescriptions up each time they are written. He could've ordered the 150ML and poured the 75ML that the prescription calls for they do it any other time! Just a complete A%&!!!!!!
UPDATE: The CVS by my house in Lanham ended up filling this prescription and I didn't even need a new script from the doctor. The pharmacist filled the prescription how it was written. That Pharmacist on NJ Ave SE is just LAZY! I will NEVER go to that pharmacy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf your plan is to purchase a gift card, beware! Typically when purchasing a gift card they provide you with a separate receipt thatās attached at the end of the receipt with gift card information. I did not get that and was thoroughly confused, but because I was in a rush since I had to get in line once Helena walked off in the middle of resolving my transaction because the entire system crashed at the check out register. She was literally helping me and her mom, yes, her mom said something as she was about to exit the store, Helena just walked off and walked out of the store with her. I can not make this up! Never said āgive me a sec⦠Iāll be right back⦠Iāll reboot it and by the time I return it should be up⦠or let me get you a cashier etcā said absolutely NOTHING!!! Me and security made eye contact as this occurred, he just shook his head. So the guy thatās temporarily using 1 arm resolved the issue by shutting down the register and asked a young lady to assist at the register.. I really wish I could remember her name. I do remember what she looked (height 5ā4, black, with long weave, and young - I would say teens to early 20ās) Anyhoo, I did not receive that portion of the receipt and when I tried using my card, it was declined. Short story short, I called 1-800 number they said fraudulent activity had occurred and now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive a new card! This is such an inconvenience!!!Now the scammers are working at the...
