WAY overhyped. I came here to try the tunacado after seeing it all over the internet, don’t waste your time. I waited 30+ minutes for a messy sandwich with barely any ingredients, soggy bread, fishy tuna, brown avocados, and the THINNEST tomato’s imaginable, goes without saying i did not like the taste so i threw my sandwich away. even if i did eat the whole sandwich im sure i wouldn’t have been close to full. $15 for literally the most pathetic sandwich. it’s not like the service was any better either, there were 5-10 people working behind the bar. all chatting and not working. i literally sat on the bench and watched the workers as nobody put any effort into making the sandwich i just paid $15 for. finally, i grew tired of waiting and asked what was taking so long, then i was greeted by a skinny latino boy who claimed to be the manager in charge. he was extremely snobby and acted as if i was bothering them for inquiring about my sandwich that i could see no one was making. i told him i didn’t appreciate the attitude and he told me i don’t have to come back. completely unprofessional, im shocked and i will not be coming back. i recommend you don’t waste your time here, unless you enjoy feeling like a burden for...

nearly 30 minutes to get 1 sandwich with TEN people behind the counter.

Decided to save on delivery and come in store myself. Put 30 minutes on the meter, took about 3/4 minutes to walk over. Ordered a juice which i got within a minute, and a tunacado. Thought i had well enough time on the parking meter but apparently 9 out of the 10 people behind the counter are new hires and getting their tutorial on how to make a sandwich. Totally understand having to train new hires- but this shouldn’t hinder a customer getting their order in a timely manner. Came back to a parking ticket that costs way more than the delivery would have.

Clearly way too many people behind the counter as they were all tripping over eachother and just getting confused. save time and just order delivery- it’s well worth the extra like 10 bucks.

would like to add- i was at the miami brickell location about a week ago. it was SO busy, online orders non stop printing out of the machine, and 3 people behind the counter one solely dedicated to taking orders. clearly stressed and overwhelmed (the girl literally said “oh my god they won’t stop printing” to me) and even then it only took about 15/20 mins to get 2 sandwiches, a latte,...

This place almost got everything positive. Food is great drinks are awesome, environment is clean and alot of space. Parking and staff are the only issues here. Staff is talking or texting with friends, pretending they're boxing Its rush hour customers waiting for 30 minutes, delivery are back up. There's a limit time customers and drivers have to pick up their orders does not help with their behavior or work ethic. Just not good for the company or customers. Been here 30 minutes. It's 114pm Wednesday. Not good. And the girl working thinks its funny wow All the customers are just looking at her and co workers can't believe this is a business. Terrible Staff.
