Horrible service. Very rude people! Especially that ginger lady with tattoos. It was my first time and I was the only person in line. 3 of the workers huddled up, looked at me, and laughed. After 10 minutes, one of them came to me and asked if I anyone had gotten my order when I was the only person. He tried to help get my order started, but was too distracted with his Bluetooth speaker. So he left and another employee had to help. The 2nd person was okay. Went to pay and that guy purposely made sure I couldn't understand him. He was the 3rd person that huddled up.They were still making my sandwich and that's when that lady yelled. What do you want. I said the exact items on the menu. She continued yelling saying, "ONIONS, TOMATOES, BACON"! I'm not sure if it was a racist motive or not but I will never come here again. Bathrooms Closed! I attempted to get food from this restaurant but they had the bathrooms closed to customers. Unacceptable! They closed them, according to them, due to Covid. So, I and of course others, are unable to Wash our hands! The Number 1 thing they say to do during the Covid outbreak. I inquired about being able to wash my hands and all they could say was 'I'm sorry'. So, they lost my business now and in the future as well. ALL other establishments have their bathrooms open to customers who come in to order food. Sorry excuse to use Covid as their reason to close their bathrooms.

Had made an online order a few hours prior to them closing and set the order to be picked up for an hour after I made it. At the time I showed up, it was about 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and the doors were locked. After waiting for a while, a staff member finally told me they did not make my order because they were out of bread and was told they were supposed to call customers in advance to tell them their orders were cancelled, but they just chose not to do so. Upon getting back in my car, the employees were just messing around in the store and proceeded to turn the lights off and leave. Several customers had showed up after me in confusion as to why the store was closed earlier than the time listed. Did not get refunded the next day as I was told was going to happen and had to go through my bank and file a claim. Would absolutely not recommend...
