I just want everyone to be aware i went up there and ordered what was supposed to be a pretzel bun baconator but I received a regular bacon cheeseburger. I did not realize this till I got home, which is on me but I shouldn’t have to. They neglected to give me my receipt at the register, claiming that they needed it for the kitchen: I called back and explained my situation with the Manager, her name is Stacy. She requested I PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE and bring it back tomorrow since I informed her I was not waisting my time to come all the way back today and told me she would only give me the refund for the burger I was supposed to received, but I was requested a whole refund for the inconvenience. As I was telling her my situation I was very polite and was just explaining my grievances. The drive there was 20 minutes and I was excited to hear it had opened back up. My husband proceeded to call back to try and get some clarification and he was not rude nor did he cuss in anyway and she (Stacy) hung up on him. It was a bad experience over all and we will never be going back. Just wanted a simple burger to bring back to my family to hold them over before Easter dinner. I have worked in the customer service industry for 5+ years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast...
Read moreSo, I plan to be critical with this review because it irritates me when fast food restaurants do this at a drive thru. With the combo meals the person taking the order has been trained to ask you if you would like a small, medium, or large combo as three choices optimizes the chance to sell more medium and large orders. I do not have an issue with that as that is a good sales strategy to make more profit. As a consumer I am making the decision on the "quantity" based on how hungry I am. So, this is a symbiotic relationship. Where everything goes terribly wrong and buyers remorse kicks in is when the provider sells you a large but does not deliver the "large" quantity. Honestly, this makes a consumer feel cheated and like they never want to return - as they should. Imagine if you paid for premium gas and found out that you received regular. You would be upset. This large fry looks nothing like the picture on the windows of the restaurant or even the menu. This is ridiculous and should be corrected immediately. Simply take a cutout of the fries on the menu and put it right above the area where the fries are made and put the words "make the large look like this"... This is a terrible practice and needs...
Read moreIn a world where drive thru fast food has become a part of my life no matter how I try to plan around it this Wendy's location in Winder, GA consistently rises to the occasion in all aspects of taking care of the customer. Over the last several years I've yet to have my sandwich made incorrectly even though each time I give them my special request. The staff is always well groomed and service is always friendly. Who are these people 🤔 this just doesn't happen consistently elsewhere (Golden Arches). And on that note I've yet to be told the Frosty 🍦 Machine is broken on those days when I feel the need. How do they do it? I'll tell you.. It's leadership and good management. I have observed on many occasions the management (owner) with his sleeves rolled up shoulder to shoulder with his employees working the line, leading by example. To all those employees and management that makes my visits pleasurable, I say Thank You. You are definitely essential to me and I am grateful...
