I had stopped going to this Dunkin' Donuts due to the staff. Very bad experience the last 11 times I have gone and I would like to continue going through this Dunkin' Donuts but instead I drive another 6 miles out of my way every morning because the staff number one they do not speak any English whatsoever number two you give them an order through the drive-through they mess it up nine times out of 10 the owner must not care or need anymore Business. I myself as a business owner is well I know things could be tough but really hiring people with no English skills and expecting them to take on order is that a preschooler could do better. Read moreOnly as good as the employees... If I have the urge to go to dunkins, I flip a coin to decide whether to go or not, knowing there's a chance my order will be inedible or undrinkable. Today, I decided to go and after paying, discovered the two employees running this location, didn't know how to make beverages on their menu. They both verbally told me this. I was all in at this point, having paid, so after two failed attempts to make my beverage, I thanked them for their effort and left. They were both very polite, just were not trained how to do their job. This is an ongoing issue with Dunkin donuts for as long as I can recall. So, having very few options left, I drove to the nearest branch about a mile up the road, explained my situation and they made me my beverage correctly. Read moreI wish I could give them ZERO stars. Over two years of highly negative reviews about their poor customer service, and not one thing has changed. Way to go, Dunkin. Five simple coffees, and after sitting at the window waiting for ten minutes, EVERY one of our coffees was wrong, as well as the tea. With the order printed and stuck on the side of the cup, there is no reason to get any drink orders wrong. Yet they did. How do you screw up a cup of tea?? Staff were colliding with one another, screaming out orders, and we could hear so many customers at the counter complaining their orders were wrong. Not one person was working together to complete orders correctly and on time. It was like there wasn’t even a manager on shift coordinating things.
