Severely disappointed in the experience here. Right as soon as we sat we had to use our son's baby wipes to clean the high chair, table, and the one single menu they gave us to share. Our waiter came by to get our drink and appetizer order, but didn't wait around long enough to actually get our appetizer order. Lol. I was mid sentence asking my wife if she'd like the triple dipper and he said he had to go but he'd be back. Eventually he did come back to take our entree order, and at that point we didn't want to get an appetizer as well because it would be done at the same time as the entree. He left to put our entree order in and then proceeded to have a 7 to 8 minute conversation with the table next to us about sports. When he was done, he came to ask if we were still doing well. I had to remind him that we had ordered drinks and he seemed really surprised that someone else hadn't brought them to us. When the salads that came with our meal arrived, we had to ask for silverware as we weren't given any at the beginning. The salads were brought by someone else, who I can only assume was a food runner. Another runner brought our son's meal and took our salad plates. A third runner brought our entrees. When my entree arrived, it still had all of the tomatoes/pico on it that I had requested removed. Everything tasted absolutely great, despite the poor experience so far. Our waiter finally came around and asked if we were having cheesecake or cookies. We had gotten one of the 2 for 25 deals so I told my wife that maybe it came with dessert and we didn't realize it. The waiter overheard me say this and offered no correction to my mistaken assumption. We went with the cheesecake we thought was included in the deal and then asked for a box and the check. We received those promptly, and I noted there was a charge for the cheesecake. At this point I've given up on the waiter and decided to just pay it because I wanted my wife to be able to enjoy the dessert. We waited about another 10 minutes for the slice of cheesecake to arrive, before the waiter inquired if someone had brought it yet. He ran off to go get it, but another food runner finally beat him to it.
All in all, pretty cruddy experience. I've had good and bad at Chili's before, but this one was probably the worst. Even worse than the time a waitress dumped my fajitas in my lap at another location. She at least appeared to care. I used to be a waiter at Chili's about 15 years ago, and am sad to see how far their standards have fallen. I highly recommend avoiding this location. A prison cafeteria would have better...
Read moreAfter being kicked out for addressing another customer who was baggering her 2 year old two years ago, I recently was threatened by the manager for coming to pick up a called in order!!!!!! His name is Shover, and he threatened to call the police next time I came in,,,even just to pick up food!!!! Totally unacceptable from a manager and I am so ready to file a lawsuit against Shover for defication of character and harassment!! I suggest someone get him in line and keep him from Chili’s not making money and good standings with the community for keeping a patron from eating at Chili’s. All of the city and cities surrounding this particular location, Yukon, OK, will know how this manager, Shover, is running this Chili’s!!! Not good!!!!!!!! It will be most unfortunate for your Yukon, OK Chili’s to reap these horrific comments,,,not only from me???but most definitely from everyone I know!!!! I’ll call the tv and/or all the radio stations to make my point!!!! That’s how aweful Shover and his asst manager, Roberto, are treating your customers!!!! He has tarnished your restaurants long standing good reputation by banning me from Chili’s for taking up for a 2 year old. As if I haven’t already been punished these last two years,,,keep a grudge and wat h your patrons get less and less!!!!! I am most definitely NOT a trouble maker. This is why my friends and past regulars DO NOT like this restaurant, nor come here anymore,,,,,because the management is horribly snobbish. Managers a few years ago,,,were much more pleasant, customer friendly and would even stop and have a quick sit to see how the regulars are doing,,,Shover will be your downfall!!! Me and my friends have no problem NOT spending our money there, but somewhere else indeed!!!! No skin off my back, just Chili’s!!!!! Hope you have what it takes to fix this...
Read moreWe usually enjoy coming to this Chili’s but this time was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had anywhere. Our waiter Curtis sat us at a dirty table and was absent the majority of the time. I had to refill my family’s drinks from the jugs sitting behind us because we could not get his attention. The chips he gave us weren’t even chips, they were all crumbs and it took him 10 minutes just to replace them. We sat for an hour before we received our food meanwhile people who got there 30 minutes after us got their food and were already done eating. When we finally got our food it was cold from sitting in the back for so long. When we asked for a manager, he was kind enough to remove the cold food from our bill, but Curtis had the audacity to start talking ** with another customer about us like little children after hearing us complain, which I did not find out about until my wife informed me after we left. I understand being understaffed, but Curtis and management clearly did not care for the quality of their service. I was so pissed off after leaving that for the first time, I went back into the restaurant to speak to the manager about what happened. He said he would rectify the situation but not once did we receive an apology for anything that happened.
To the customer who felt like he needed to open his mouth about us, if you’re reading this, next time say it to that person directly instead of talking ** behind their back...
