For years, I have frequented this location. The baristas were always nice, and understanding of any dietary restrictions I had at the time. In the last few months, the staff has become so incredibly rude and dismissive of food allergies. I watched the barista make my drink using half coconut milk (then ran out of the carton) and just dumped a bunch of 2% in my cup. When I asked her to remake it because I have an allergy (my breastfed son has CMPA and would have to be hospitalized if I consume any milk product, even traces), she gaslit me YELLING at me that I was crazy and that she used coconut milk, when several people WATCHED her use regular milk. I eventually went back to the register and (through tears) explained to the cashier that I have a severe allergy and couldn't consume the drink she made. The barista (same one that used milk) BEGRUDGINGLY made a new drink, but since I didn't watch her make it, I didn't feel comfortable drinking the new drink. The attitude I got from this staff member was atrocious, and she endangered the life of my infant child by being cavalier to the allergy. I used to get such great service here, but since this incident, I will not be returning to this location, and likely any other Starbucks location. Dutch Bros always takes...

I will never visit this or any other Starbucks again. They are all weirdo places New, weirdo employees and weirdo customers, I ordered a large brewed coffee and it tasted old and burnt, I like my coffee sweet with cream and sugar, you can no longer flavor your own coffee, and when I asked for a bunch of surger, ai was handed 3 little packs, when I said that's not enough for a large, the person said let me find some more and found two more old dirty looking packs behind the counter, she then went to where the flavorings, cream sugar etc use to be located, pulled a new box out, had me open it and then let me grab all the sugar I needed. I asked for half and half an she poured a little cup for me to add. It was after all this, I noticed the coffee didn't lighten with the amount of cream I always add and had added my amount of sugar when I discovered the coffee was old smelly and burnt tasting and not very hot. I have been to many Starbucks overs the years since they dominated the marked, but they are terrible these days, and you can't blame the virus problems. They have been nose diving for awhile.
