Bánh Mì Ngọc Thuốc — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I ordered the grilled chicken and pork mixed grill banh mi, and they all tasted great! However, one thing that I would like to highlight is that although the food was great, the prices in the menu weren’t updated 😅

The total should have been 108k, but I was charged 180k. I clarified with her and she explained that they haven’t printed their new menu with newly updated prices. I wanted a receipt, and she said she didn't know how to repair the machine to get receipts printed. The staff came to my table to sincerely apologise to me using Google Translate and offered me a free drink. This is just a note for all of you guys as of my visit on 28 April 2024, so that you won’t be caught off guard.

All I wanted to bring up was for tourists to be more aware. However, the owner replied so defensively and even lied about the situation. First of all, I did not order five things first and then withdrew two things. You are lying. Next, your staff did not bring the 72,000 dong to me. You are lying again when you said I rejected the 72,000 dong. She only offered a free drink as an apology for the menu not being updated.
