Dimsum Hoi An - Vietnamese and Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Hội An

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ‼️‼️‼️‼️ We had come for my younger brothers birthday and were excited to have dim sum because we were craving it during our 3 week trip. We had ordered a variety of dishes but only 4 of them had come out, even that had been at long staggered wait times. When we finished the dishes it took the waiters 30 minutes to clear the table and there was no communication about where the rest of our meal was. When we finally asked they had said all of our food had come out, which is not true. My family speaks Vietnamese fluently so there is no language barrier between us and the restaurant. On top of that at the beginning of the meal we had ordered 3 green teas but the server only brought out one at the start which came in a small tea cup and the other 2 came out halfway through our meal in big glasses. When our order was taken, we were excited as we haven’t had dim sum in a while and so we had ordered a lot of dishes. (We are fluent in Vietnamese and so language was not an issue) 4 dishes had come out and it seemed to be going well. After that, 1 out of 3 drinks had come out and we had to reorder the drinks. We waited about 10 minutes, but nothing from the waiters and they just left our table with the empty dishes. I went to the till to get an update on the food and they said that that we had nothing left to come out. We were a group of 4 people and only 4 dishes out of about 12 had come out. Upon checking the receipt, we were charged for the items that had come out, but over half an hour wasted waiting for food that didn’t even get written in the order.
