We visited your establishment twice on the same day—once in the morning and once in the evening—to order the hot chocolate. During our morning visit, the drink was of good quality, and the staff were very courteous. However, during the evening visit, one of the drinks was almost watery and noticeably below the standard of your other products.

When we addressed this issue with the staff member on duty, her reaction was entirely inappropriate. She poured the hot chocolate into the sink in an unprofessional manner and spoke to us in a disrespectful way that did not reflect the standards of a place representing your brand.
