FR: Ce qui a commencé comme une bonne soirée s'est terminé par un désaccord désagréable avec l'une des serveuses. Lorsqu'il a pris notre commande, il nous a précipités pour décider quoi manger et a répondu grossièrement en lui disant que nous n'avions pas encore décidé. Après cela, une de mes filles a décidé de boire de l'eau, sachant que l'eau dans les restaurants en France est gratuite, elle nous a demandé si nous voulions de l'eau grande ou petite et nous avons opté pour une petite carafe. A la fin du dîner, il nous a facturé 4,40 € pour l'eau, ce qui nous a surpris puisque nous avons vu aux convives de la table voisine qu'il ne facturait rien, qui étaient français. Après avoir exprimé notre malaise à ce sujet, il n'a seulement pas répondu avec une impolitesse impressionnante et quelques gestes moqueurs. Nous avons décidé de parler à son supérieur pour lui dire à quel point cela nous dérangeait, et l'explication d'une autre serveuse était que dans notre pays, l'Espagne, l'eau dans les restaurants n'est pas gratuite. Non seulement cela nous a semblé raciste, car ils ont essayé de nous arnaquer parce que nous étions espagnols, mais ils n'ont pas non plus eu la décence de nous compenser de quelque manière que ce soit pour le mauvais temps causé. Je ne le recommande certainement à personne, car c'est un restaurant raciste et avec le personnel le plus grossier que j'ai jamais vu de ma vie.

ES: Lo que empezó siendo una noche estupenda, acabó siendo un desagradable desencuentro con una de las camareras del lugar. Al tomarnos nota nos metía prisa para decidir qué tomar y nos respondía con mala educación al decirle que todavía no lo teníamos decidido. Tras esto, de beber una de mis hija decidió pedir agua, a lo que sabiendo que el agua en Francia en los restaurantes es gratis, ella nos preguntó si queríamos el agua grande o pequeña y decidimos una jarra pequeña. Al final la cena, nos cobró 4,40€ por el agua, cosa que nos sorprendió, ya que a los comensales de la mesa de al lado vimos que no cobró nada por ello, los cuales eran franceses. Tras manifestarle nuestro malestar por ello, solo no contestó con una impresionante mala educación y unos gestos en tono de burla. Decidimos hablar con su superior para manifestarle lo mucho que nos había molestado esto, y la explicación de otra de las camareras fue que en nuestro país, España, el agua en los restaurantes no es gratis. No solo nos pareció racista, ya que nos trataron de timar por ser españoles, si no que además no tuvieron la decencia de compensarnos de alguna forma por el mal rato ocasionado. Sin duda no se lo recomiendo a nadie, por ser un restaurante racista, y con el personal más mal educado que jamás he visto en mi vida.

When he took our order, he rushed us to decide what to have and responded rudely by telling him that we hadn't decided yet. Ordered the chicken and pepperoni salad. Arrived with a plateful of lettuce and dry grilled chicken. No pepperoni. I said to the manager that I ate 2 pucks of the small chicken and it was dry and it came without the pepperoni. She claimed I was lying as she said no one complained before and she saw the pepperoni because she gave me the plate. I gave the full plate back and said it was not good. She claimed I had to pay or else she was going to ring someone. She called her boss who after discussion and proof of photo of uneaten plate of food provided a refund for the dinner. Very unprofessional and disgust with the manger. I felt embarrassed and will never go back. I saw the way they prepared some of the food prior to serving and it was quite unhygienic dining cutting knives into dirty water between use. Its conveniently located near the cathedral in Strasbourg but...

One of the only restaurants open past 2.30pm but also one of the rudest experiences I've ever had. The waitress was extremely unprofessional and refused to take our order because we didn't want anything to drink. She was yelling at us very loudly and rudely and kept getting annoyed at us. Not sure if our inability to speak french factored into her behavior because she spoke some English. Finally, we decided to walk out because of how we were being treated. The manager came by and got us a table outside with apologies. The food was average at best. The vegetarian Flammkuchen tasted weird and must be specifically ordered without bacon. For the price we paid, the food was bad and the service terrible. Honestly, would never enter this establishment again. Such unnecessary rudeness towards customers is just unacceptable.
