Common mall but if you want to explore kota kinabalu you can actually start from here,the food court in this mall was really great because you can actually taste the different kind of food in sabah in one place, then going to wisma merdeka where you can buy souvenir, after that you you jan walk at the baywal area where you can find the night market for food, and wal again going to filipino market where you can buy souvenir in a cheaper prices.

I love the halls. They clean the halls very well, no rubbish seen and it smell good. The seats are comfortable, I like the partition they did for covid-19 SOP. Plus the entrance and exit are very easy to find. I can purchase tickets online now which is very helpful in reducing time. The toilets are all clean, that is important. Lastly the snacks shop are helpful but a little bit slow sometimes. Not forgeting the friendly and helpful staff.

I'm happy to see the reviews everyone is happy, you happy, me happy because that what I'm expecting. But when I go there it junk waste RM33 of my money and waste my time. I buy a ticket on the machine, we clearly checked the senior is included a student, and when we take the ticket and wait literally 40 minutes, we are about to go in but the staff stopped us and said senior is for elders, HOW!?? HOW!!!!?? it a waste of money, we asked for a refund but the women on the entrance said "it done you can't refund" RM33!!!! for THAT MUCH OF MONEY!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY, I went there expecting everything went well and then I end up with a WASTE OF...

I go there ytd n the staff's attitude makes me feel so uncomfortable. I think GSC is a company that having the best services for customers. But in ytd case, I don't think I will go there anymore. I just ask the staff in counter 1 to help me throw away the receipt note because I hv no extra hand for my popcorn & beverage. Then the staff shows me whr is the rubbish bin and ask me throw myself. It is a right way for service customer like this? I don't think so. Pls take some action, this is a serious attitude issues and I don't think GSC need an employee who don't know how to service with...
