Cotswold Candle Makers Ltd — Attraction in Cotswold District

After having a bite to eat we were wandering down the highstreet and a whiff of this beautiful fragrance drawn our eyes and noses toward this beautiful store, they have everything from tealights to bathbombs. We had to have them all!!! We ran around frantically excited with all these new scents and fragrances at our disposal, calling each other "over here come and smell this!" It was an amazing experience, the lady in the shop was everso pleasant and seemed like she was on a very chilled heart filled path which was such a sight for sore eyes. This beautiful little shop is just wonderful. The owner is absolutely lovely, he made us feel So welcome and was so genuinely proud of his products. Myself and my daughter chose a lavender candle, which smells divine and is such a clean fragrance that you can clearly tell has no chemicals or cheap perfumes in: just pure excellent quality essential oil. We also purchased some wax melts; and I must say they are the best quality I’ve ever bought. I thought I’d been sourcing excellent quality melts until I burned these and they are miles ahead in terms of fragrance and scent throw. Yet another lovely find in a beautiful town. As always with these places, the charm is not the products but the friendly face behind the counter. In this a case, a lovely old lady who greeted us, was extremely happy when we said everything smelled great and told us that she and her brother (I think) made most of the products we were looking at and buying. The prices will always be high at these small places as they cannot afford to sell at the low prices bigger shops can, but look past that and come in for a chat with the lovely lady and take extremely well made and locally...
