Terminus 330 Event Venue — Attraction in Atlanta

(Update at bottom.) Terminus 330 is a gorgeous, beautiful event space. We got married there in August with about 115 guests. It looked even better than I expected! It was the only space we looked at and I knew it was the one as soon as I saw it. It has a lot of charm and is great for bohemian or modern brides who want an industrial space with exposed brick and real hardwood floors. You barely need decor as it really speaks for itself. It even comes with plenty of gorgeous furniture. I loved the upstairs overlooking the floor as well as the cellar for the guys to get ready in (unfortunately I didn't get to see it the day of the wedding!). They are making a lot of upgrades. However, you're probably wondering why I'm only rating it 3 stars. Unfortunately, the groom's gift I had custom made for my new husband went missing during the reception from the bridal suite. Sadly, the venue didn't even apologize and only kept saying they would look for it again when I had to ask repeatedly for updates. I knew it wasn't where I had put it before the ceremony because I didn't see it when we were leaving and assumed it had already been packed in our vehicle for us with the rest of our things. There were also male staff members inside the bridal suite at the end of the night before everyone left, which I found odd. There is no lock on the door, and I'm assuming no cameras inside the suite as girls are getting dressed there. I hope they'll install a lock, cameras outside the door or not allow any staff members to be in the bridal suite until after the final walkthrough with wedding coordinators. I thought maybe an executive of the venue would personally apologize or perhaps even offer to pay for the replacement gift if I was lucky, but I felt like they couldn't care less. Unfortunately, this really upset me because it was an otherwise perfect night. For anyone hosting an event there in the future, please don't assume your items are secure! I realize things happen, but the lack of sympathy or care made me feel like just another check in their account.

UPDATE: Since this post, Terminus 330 contacted me to offer to replace the gift and has updated me that they're going to make changes to the Bridal Suite to include a safe box for personal items. They've also let me know that they will be making protocol clearer to prevent miscommunications (or in my case, lack of communication upwards to management) from happening in the future. They definitely did the right thing afterall, I just wish it could have happened right after the wedding instead of after this review! I received personal calls from managing partners and account coordinators to make sure I was happy with the resolution and to let me know they do care. Thank you...

I'm HR for a cybersecurity company out of Buckhead and when it came time for me to source a venue for our holiday party I knew it would be a headache. After touring several venues, Terminus was in my top three. Ultimately I decided to go with them because of their multiple floors with potential to offer various vibes as well as their pricing for the space and catering. They were much more affordable by far compared to others. As I sourced additional vendors for photography, DJ, games & activities, Maria and Grayson worked with me every step of the way in providing recommendations and their expertise on what they knew to work best for their space. What I most appreciated about them was that they tailored their communication to YOUR preference which let me know that they sincerely understood and cared about my schedule and time as well---we shared an ongoing Google sheet to hash out and rectify all logistics and details related to the party. Prior to the party we had our food tasting and literally every menu we sampled was delicious. Their catering team is also very versatile and offered everything from a creme brulee station to a New Orleans shrimp and grits menu. We solidified the floor plan and if ever we needed to switch things around it was never a problem and handled swiftly. I could go on and on but ultimately Maria, Grayson, and the rest of their team made it a breeze to plan this Holiday Soiree for my company---- who all RAVED about every detail or the party from the food to the staff. In total we had about 200-220 in attendance and we fit comfortably. As the organizer of the party, the Terminus team made sure I was taken care of and anything that they could take from me they did, such as staying in constant contact with my vendors the day of the party to walk them through parking, what time to arrive, etc. I am forever grateful to them for making this monumental task into an unforgettable night for my company as well as myself....

We just got married at Terminus 330 this past weekend. Their service, support and execution were phenomenal. They are definitely a well oiled machine and make what can be a stressful event so much easier. First off - the venue itself is cool and has multiple spaces which make it nice for the guests. The cocktail hour cellar is a nice touch and change of scenery. The location is super convenient for out of town guests - no rental car needed and tons of hotels nearby. It was easy for our local guests to uber to.

In terms of experience, it seems like they have something to offer no matter what you are looking for. We didn’t have a grand vision for our wedding so we did a bundled package option which made planning much easier (but they can certainly help bring your vision to life if you do have one!). Brayette was so helpful walking us through the planning process (floorplan, food, decor etc..). We were also blown away by the day of (and day before!) staff. A special thank you to Jackie (team lead), Tye, Nick (who didn’t even work the actual wedding but still made a huge impression on us) and the rest of the Terminus staff. They were on top of everything! Dogwood catering (who serves as their in house caterer) was amazing. We had so many compliments on the food. In terms of decor, Amy, their floral partner made it look beautiful (even without the best direction by us). All in all, I came here to say we highly recommend Terminus 330 for your event. They helped provide us an amazing wedding day that both we and our guests loved! ...
