Dolphin Views Clearwater Beach Florida — Attraction in Clearwater

I rarely give 5 stars but if I could give this place 6 I would. Outstanding communication from online reservations to check out. Beautiful condo on the bayside just across the street from the beach. We went to 3 different beaches during our stay. The public Clearwater beach, 10 minute walk, very crowded but nice. Shepard beach, across the street. They had live music, food and bar service. This is small but we liked it. Sand Key state park is just a 3 minute drive. Less crowded, beautiful beach where you can pack your own cooler. We went to Sand key twice and liked it the best. Back to the condo. The views were amazing! We got to see dolphins everyday and manatees on our last day!!! This place has everything you need. Beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, ice packs, extra blankets, great beds, a fully stocked kitchen…I could go on and on! Karen was so easy to communicate with! She responded quickly to any question we had!!! She has gone out of her way to make sure you don’t need anything during your stay!! Everything is within walking distance from her condo. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a few blocks. Felt very safe walking around...

My family stayed in Karen’s condo at the Harborview Grande for the week and it was wonderful. Karen was helpful and kind and was just a text/call/email away if I needed her! It’s a beautiful three bedroom condo. The condo unit sits on the harbor side rather than the street side, which I preferred. The place was Decorated lovely and was clean. Beds and furniture were comfy. I could see the sunrise right from my bed. Loved my private bathroom with huge tub and awesome shower! We really appreciated all the extras that were in the condo; beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and cart to tow it all to the beach that was a 5 minute walk away from the condo. The kitchen was also filled with lots of great things we needed to cook. There was games for the kids and TVs in every room. There is a private pool and hot tub if you like too. We really loved Clearwater and we are happy we chose Karen’s condo! We will definitely be back to Clearwater and hope to stay here again!! PS the Taco bus is literally right across the street from the condo..how...

We loved our stay at this condo! Interior is beautiful and well decorated. Everything was comfortable. I like that the owner left pantry items such as oils and spices. Plenty of paper towels and toilet tissue. We stay a lot of condos and they never leave these items. We did not use the beach supplies as it was too cold to go to the beach, regardless it’s a nice touch. My favorite was the PILLOWS! Every other condo we’ve stayed at had awful flat pillows. This unit has fluffy soft ones. We did not use the pool as it was closed for maintenance. Everything is walkable. Lots of bars restaurants and shops. Clearwater is still cleaning up from the hurricanes so it’s a little congested with construction. We loved the balcony too. Comfortable and great views. Highly recommend...
