Union Drummer Boy - Civil War Artifacts — Attraction in Gettysburg

On February 6, I placed order R068188538 for a US Bayonet and a US Belt Buckle, I was informed that the belt buckle was not able to be found and I would be sent pictures of some others for me to choose from which never happened, I have called multiple times and was told someone would call me back and I never received a phone call. I picked up the bayonet in store on February 17, and was again told they still couldn’t find the belt buckle and was told someone would reach out, since then I have reached out two additional times with no response or resolution, I have emailed the seller with no reply. I had to file a PayPal claim and wait for it to be decided in my favor because the owner refused to address this issue. I don’t know how you run a business this way and don’t address your customers concerns. Unfortunately you lost me...

Had an excellent experience buying some historical pieces from this store. They have a fantastic assortment of authentic artifacts and collectibles. Jake was very helpful and was extremely knowledgeable about the items for sale there. Bought a Union 3rd Corps badge, excavated but in outstanding condition. Also an 1851 Colt Navy revolver manufactured in 1852, also in very nice condition for a 170 year old firearm, perfect for display. Gave me a very reasonable price for both items.
