Well, I'll tell y'all what, my wife and I were playing chess outside, she almost passed outside of heat exhaustion, we were gonna buy a chess set, but she went inside, and ask for help, and she was turned away, and she passed out from ex
"Heat Exhaustion" on the ground near y'all's pacman machine, all of the employees ran to the back of the store, and disregarded her, acting like she was an annoyance, she could of died, and the lack of compassion from someone who openly displays the pride flag, which symbolizes love, and compassion, like no are you ok, no offer of assistance of any sort. Y'all should feel ashamed, and maybe if you display a flag I'm proud of, maybe you should stick by it's values. But no ignore someone who needed help, and to busy playing on your phone, I hope y'all have the day you deserve, because it was a pathetic response.
And now they lie, she asked for water, and was told specifically to go to Starbucks, how about you stop lying, and take responsibility, since you like being performative, go on make another false response, I dare ya. Since y'all don't care about people who are part of the LGBTQIA, and use that flag as a marketing scene, pathetic response from an apparently obviously trying to cover yourselves, and actually I helped her up, since I'm her wife, as she's my wife as well💯😘🦆🌻
So wait, you just said she didn't approach someone, how could she be told to take a seat, literally caught you in a lie, hmmmmm 👀
That woman who accompany her asked that employee, because she's legally blind, and was in no shape to get up, how dare you gaslight me, I sat with her for 30 God damn minutes, and I was worried sick, so how about you take your lies, and go elsewhere.
You're just like your employee, apathetic, and performative, so lucky the children who come here, who might have that happen to them, but keep on stacking the lies, instead of doing right by people. Your a disgrace to our community, if...
Read moreI love this place. I got another gift certificate for my bday so will be returning soon. Their game selection is great considering so much of the board game economy moved online. People complaining about prices might not be up on how much games cost these days. Spending $50+ for a board game is 100% the norm when buying larger games.
They do have a lot of smaller stuff and cheaper games though. They have a really cool vault filled with games that are separated by skill level. I love the selection of children’s games for my son and the brain teasers for all ages.
I played the outdoor chess game last time and enjoyed...
Read moreThey have a large chest set out front. Very bright interesting colors throughout the store. Large variety of games most I haven't heard of. They have a large free pac man machine you can play in store. In the very back room of the store they have a multiplayer gaming system or possibly TV watching area set up. Nothing really caught my eye to purchase while in store though. Fun place to take your kids in while in Gettysburg. Might even find a game they might enjoy. Also looks like they have stuff for the adult who likes board games aswell. Lots of games on display to view or play.A Cornhole set was set up outside...
