Visited on a Saturday morning. Walked inside and greeted the man working (well, he was sitting at his laptop with earbuds in, so "working".) He literally "Shhhh'd" us and pointed at his laptop. I was livid. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and I did not appreciate that. How do you run a business when you treat customers like that? Great bookstore with both new and used titles regarding military history. The used books are priced very reasonably, but the new ones are quite expensive (maybe because they are less common?). The staff was friendly and the selection was well organized. Highly recommend for the military...
