I've been to this hot springs many times and I've never run into an employee that has been so rude we paid to stay in the pool we all got out we were getting ready to leave when one of the people approached us and told us if we're not eating that we have to leave the building when I asked for a customer comment card she told me to go outside and go online the service has definitely dropped over the last 10 years that I've been coming here I'm very disappointed in the class of service that they allow instead of eating where we were waiting for the restaurant to open and for all to get together to go eat instead we decided to go someplace else I'm very disappointed and I'll think twice about coming...

After a wonderful day at the pool my family of 5 decided to go into the gift shop to purchase souvenirs. We like getting hats from places we travel to. This one particular lady was awful. She approached me twice and my daughter twice asking if she could help us find something and was very rude the second time she asked us almost as if we didn’t belong in the shop or she was bothered by us being there. When we first entered the store she was trying her hardest to speak Spanish and laughing loudly. We had plenty of money to spend in there!!! Very very rude and disrespectful and discriminating.
