Indiana Pacers Team Store — Attraction in Indianapolis

I emailed them on 6/13/2025 about an order for one shirt I made on 6/1/2025. I had received a confirmation email after making my purchase. The email stated they received my order and to allow 7-10 business days for order processing. After not hearing anything for 12 days I reached out through email on 6/13. I acknowledged that they were most likely very busy but was hopeful for an update on my order. I received a separate automated email on 6/17 stating my order was cancelled at my request…. I never made this request and responded to the email wanting to know why it was cancelled. A phone number was provided at the bottom of the email which I have called several times yesterday and today during regular business hours. The phone rings to VM each time. I left a VM with no call back. By the looks of the other reviews…. I’m not expecting a response at all. Super disappointing because I bought a finals shirt that is now sold out everywhere else. We went again for yet more Fever gear, bc well why not! We had the pleasure of meeting Ruby and Erin who were super sweet, helpful and had great vibes! Bought 2 items from this store online and they sent one of them but sent the wrong item instead of the more expensive item I paid for. I contacted them via email and they said I would have to send back the incorrect item and then they would send the item I paid for. They sent me a return label to ship the incorrect item back but when I asked them how I could use the shipping label to return the item (arrange pickup, drop it off somewhere, put it in mailbox, etc.) no one responded so 3 days later I called the store to ask about it and the person I talked to seemed nice at first but then hung up on me without answering my question. Terrible online shopping experience and horrible customer service. I will continue to support the Pacers, but not...
