I emailed them on 6/13/2025 about an order for one shirt I made on 6/1/2025. I had received a confirmation email after making my purchase. The email stated they received my order and to allow 7-10 business days for order processing. After not hearing anything for 12 days I reached out through email on 6/13. I acknowledged that they were most likely very busy but was hopeful for an update on my order. I received a separate automated email on 6/17 stating my order was cancelled at my request…. I never made this request and responded to the email wanting to know why it was cancelled. A phone number was provided at the bottom of the email which I have called several times yesterday and today during regular business hours. The phone rings to VM each time. I left a VM with no call back. By the looks of the other reviews…. I’m not expecting a response at all. Super disappointing because I bought a finals shirt that is now sold out everywhere else. I contacted them via email and they said I would have to send back the incorrect item and then they would send the item I paid for. They sent me a return label to ship the incorrect item back but when I asked them how I could use the shipping label to return the item (arrange pickup, drop it off somewhere, put it in mailbox, etc.) no one responded so 3 days later I called the store to ask about it and the person I talked to seemed nice at first but then hung up on me without answering my question.
