Three different parts to this review. First, The bakery items. These are truly heavenly, a far step above any homemade bakery items I have ever sampled before. There is a reason why there is a line out the door every morning to get these goodies. Second the food. It was good, and the portions were healthy. But it was not excellent. My wife and I each had different versions of the eggs Benedict. My daughter had the pancakes and didn't like them, I tried one and agreed with her, it was an average pancake. The coffee. You've got to be kidding me. They want $8 for a latte that's made with Starbucks beans. Regular drip coffee is $5 a cup. This is literal highway robbery. Across the street from this place is a coffee roaster that sells amazing coffee in custom small batch roasting. They should simply walk across the street and buy beans from this place and use them. I won't be back for the food, but I will happily stand in line for those pastries again.

On a bad-weather day during our 2023 overlanding trip, we stopped at The Bunny Bakery & Restaurant in Jackson Hole to let someone else handle the cooking, cleaning, and coffee brewing. The food and coffee hit the spot, and the cozy morning was just what we needed. We both got a brewed coffee ($4.45), and for our meals we got the classic club ($17) and Steak & Eggs ($23.95). Everything was phenomenal. The pricing was notably elevated for a venue of this type, more closely aligned with premium establishments than with a traditional diner or café. Nonetheless, we brought home a souvenir mug to remember the stop. Pros: food, atmosphere, smells. Cons: price, wait time (worth it), and not leaving room for dessert. I still regret not leaving room for one of the incredible-looking cakes or pies in the case. Next time, dessert first.

After waiting forever at another breakfast restaurant we decided to come here instead. We were seated immediately by a friendly host. My husband ordered drip coffee and I got a latte w/ white mocha & caramel warm instead of hot. The latte was PERFECT, I was a barista in my younger years and I usually don't like other people's latte's because the bitterness of their espresso but this was one of the best coffees I've ever had, and it was the perfect temp where I could drink now & not wait for 20 min for a cool down. They have a bakery that looks really good & some souvenir shirts/hats. Parking was really easy to find but it is street parking so I'm sure it's harder when it's busy. The food came out really hot, and it tasted really good. We had to ask a few times for a coffee refill but all-in-all we had a great experience.

We walked in on a Sunday morning at 11:30. We were sat fairly quickly although our dining experience was completely downhill from there. We were sat and given lunch menus, which wasn't a big deal and we understood it was almost noon. We had been excited to try their pancakes, though. We waited fifteen minutes before our waters and silverware had come and another ten for our waiter to get around to our table. At that point we then asked if it was possible to still have breakfast. The waiter responded that they served breakfast until 11:00, so we were too late. After glancing at the lunch menus again, all of the items seemed very overpriced and especially so since we didn't see anything we really cared to try. Not to mention our service thus far was not worth the average price of $14 a plate. Our waiter then returned and we decided that going somewhere else was the best option. As we stood up and explained to the waiter that we understood but sadly had our hearts set on breakfast, he then, as we were leaving, said he could go ask the cook if he would make an exception for us. We were even more disappointed that an effort to accomodate us had only been made when we were on our way out the door. We then went to Cafe Genevieve where we had amazing service and great quality-yet much less expensive food! All of the food was locally sourced and seemed to have a more local crowd. (They also serve breakfast until...

We have went to the Bunnery a number of times in the past and had wonderful food. Every time we went to Jackson we have made it a point to stop at the Bunnery because we've had such good food. On 12-19-21 we stopped in. We were seated and after being in our booth only a couple minutes we realized that it was extremely cold in the restaurant. Each time someone came in we received a blast of cold air. We had to put our coats around our legs in an attempt to stay warm. I noticed that all the staff were wearing coats- not a good sign, they apparently were cold too. We received our food, an omelet and sausage biscuit gravy. The sausage biscuit gravy breakfast was very bland with little flavor. My wife put lot's of black pepper on it and she seldom ever uses black pepper. Even the sausage was bland. I was dumbfounded about my omelet. I ordered a ham and bacon 3 egg omelet. I was shocked how small it was and how few contents it had. The bacon was badly overcooked and some was to the point of being charred. My impression with the hash browns was that they had been cooked for quite some time and them put on our plates. The food on both plates was cold, wether due to the ambient temperature or sitting plated for an excessive amount time I'm not sure. Bottom line we were absolutely stunned at the poor quality of the food. Something has changed at The Bunnery, the result being we'll be looking for a new breakfast...

Thank you, Shauna. We enjoyed the hands-down most discriminatory dining experience ever! Although we never did receive the food we ordered, it was enjoyable to watch most the other patrons eating.

Out of sheer respect for the other customers, I refrained from raising my voice or causing any scene. My blood was near boiling though, and you could probably review your security cameras hovering over us and see my heart beating through my shirt. Your reply to everything I gracefully relayed to you about our experience was "I'm sorry, I will have to talk with some people". Wow. (all captured on video)

Being tucked in the corner with my wife while some of your staff gazed upon us like aliens is a bit less than comfortable or enjoyable, so rest assured you won't be troubled with our presence or business again.

We live here in Jackson...waited over two years to try this place today. I suppose if you fit a certain profile the service and food is as great as I've heard. Maybe if we wear costumes the service will be different?

Shauna, that was a downright terrible experience, of which I hope never befalls you. It leaves a feeling in the stomach, and not like the feeling from good food. Still, I hope your weekend goes well.

Any recommendations for soup, sandwiches...
