Scam, avoid at all costs.

This is my first and only google review, as it’s the only place with horrible enough service to warrant feedback.

The store is beautiful, the associates are incredible. The owner however is appalling.

I had purchased a ring in store which needed a resize, I was told it would be 2-4 weeks, but is now coming up on 3 months. After several phone calls to the store, texts via the owners (Sonia’s) personal phone. I had been promised the order would be done..

After months the only answer I could get on the phone was that Sonia was out of town for several weeks, and was not able to make the jewelry.

I was then put In contact with her associate Sabrina who had admitted to Sonia does bot even make the jewelry herself stating that it was an issue due to her colleagues in “New York not being able to keep up w it h orders fast enough.”

If you buy the jewelry in store it is incredible, just know that none of it is made by the owner.

I had attached photos of my phone conversations with the owner, and the phone calls I have had.

Horrible business.
