The first step is to give credit where it is due. Roy is a wonderful person. I pass this building all the time, and I’ve been wanting to get inside for a long time. The moment I saw the Now Leasing sign, I did a U-turn and parked, then walked inside where I met the legendary Roy. Due to the fact that I currently live in a studio, I would like a one-bedroom apartment. Roy let me go on the tour even though I didn’t have an appointment. Our first stop was the amenities. The gym smelled brand new and was a standard gym. Next, we headed to the pool area, where the sun directly hits the water. Due to the sun’s location, it isn’t heated. Then we saw a total of four different floor plans 3, 4, 5, and 9, two of which faced the Queen Mary and the other facing Ocean Boulevard. On floors 3,5, and 9, I was not a fan of the one-bedroom apartments. Nothing outstanding about it, but it was enjoyable. Initially, I was against the studio because I already live in one, but Roy has been so helpful. What is one more apartment? It’s perfect! Thanks to Roy, I believe I have found my new home. In addition to being friendly and professional, he was honest if he did not know the answer to a question, but let me know he would find the answer. As I embarked on my journey of trying to find an apartment in Long Beach, I was faced with a plethora of great looking apartments in the area. What drawn me the most towards 200 W Ocean was the amazing promised view and photos of the extremely modern and stylish apartments. Fast forward to a couple days later when I was in the area and got a chance to drop in last minute without an appointment to check out the place, the leasing manager was busy on a tour with another party but the maintenance guy, Danny, was more than willing to drop what he was doing to show me around the place. Granted he didn't have a lot of pricing information or specific details but he kept a smile on his face and showed me a number of different apartments based on what I was looking for. Wow! the apartments did not disappoint. The apartment had an amazing view of the Long Beach harbor and it was brand new constructed with a modern and thoughtful layout. Pricing was reasonable for what you're getting and the move in process was efficient and simple.
