Called David and made an appointment for a front window tint on September 30th. My car is a brand-new 2025 model with flawless glass. They finished the job pretty fast but at the cost of poor quality. I immediately noticed around four large bubbles and a big scratch and a large line on the tint film itself. (Iâm not even talking about the light haze or small bubbles that normally go away in a few days as it cures) I asked David to fix it on the spot, but he insisted it would disappear in two or three days as the film cured. However, it was obvious that the long, straight scratch wasnât going anywhere and this isnât my first time getting a tint job. I waited five full days and followed their instructions not to roll down the window, and instead of improving, more bubbles appeared about 25 bobbles on each window, as shown in the photos. After five days, you expect bubbles to disappear, not multiply.
Its even on the paper that he gave me to sign ( release of liability!!! ) so we have a prove already that 4 bubbles on 30th September turned into 25 bubbles on 5th of October.
I went back, had them remove the tint, and got a refund. I donât have anything personal against David or the workers, but it seems clear theyâre being rushed to work too quickly, and that shows in the results. Overall, it was a total waste of time and energy.
Basic rule of thumb: DO NOT PAY UPFRONT . Iâve never seen another tint shop charge the full amount upfront the moment you walk in.
You better not take the risk and visit another shop especially if your car...
Read moreI recently took my Tesla Model Y to Rapid Window Tinting to get the glass roof and windshield tinted, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.
The team at Rapid Window Tinting demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. They took the time to explain the different tint options and helped me choose the perfect shade for my vehicle. Their attention to detail was evident, as they meticulously prepped and cleaned the surfaces before applying the tint.
The quality of the tinting itself is outstanding. The glass roof and windshield look fantastic, with a sleek and seamless finish. Not only has it enhanced the aesthetic appeal of my Tesla, but it has also significantly improved the comfort inside the car by reducing glare and heat.
What impressed me the most was the precision and care with which the technicians worked. There were no bubbles, streaks, or imperfectionsâjust a flawless tint job that exceeded my expectations.
Rapid Window Tinting's customer service is also worth mentioning. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They completed the job in a timely manner, and their pricing was very reasonable given the high quality of their work.
I highly recommend Rapid Window Tinting for anyone looking to enhance their vehicle with professional tinting services. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning for any future tinting needs. My Tesla Model Y has never...
Read moreI went here for all the praise this place got, I counted the reviews to see if they matched with the total reviews and was off by 20 but I didn't mind as other places delete theirs by 40 or so. Anyways, I got 20% ceramic tint on 5 windows for $345 I think it was. I waited a week like the guy said to not roll my windows and wash the car. After the week, I washed the car and noticed some air bubbles on the lower left and little window on the passenger side. I brushed it off as it's something not really noticable. A week or so went by again and now today I wased the car and noticed more air bubbles towards the middle back. You can see the bubbles and then a few more towards the lower left of the picture. Sadly I'm disappointed having to put my car in their trust and paying that amount for ceramic tint for these results.
Edit 4 days after this review: I went back to see what could have been done with my issue after contacting the owner. I was told that the little bubbles are a result of dust. I know of this and was told that they can remove the tint but the same outcome will happen. I found this immediately false as my first car, a 2013 Nissan is clear free of bubbles at 5% all around. These small bubbles are a result of the person who worked on it not being careful. After arriving home, I discovered a few more small bubbles on my right back passenger window. Nothing was done on...
