I’m not one to leave negative reviews. I would much rather talk about how great & professional someone is. Unfortunately, our visit to this place earned them one star and I’d give zero if I could. The lady at the counter wasn’t friendly at all & the male supervisor was extremely rude & unprofessional! Clearly these people hate doing passports! On the usps website, it indicates this location is a “walk-in” location with hours of 9am-3pm. What they mean by 3pm is that they don’t even want to think about passports at 3:01pm. I took my child out of school early to go get a passport. We were there by 2:45pm with all of the documents completed and the documentation required. It literally would have taken 5 minutes, but that was entirely to much to ask. I was very nice and asked them if they could please do it because I took him out of school just to do this and the hours say they do passports until 3pm. The supervisor immediately cut me off and told me I “could stand there and argue with him, but they weren’t going to do it.” In absolutely no way was I arguing with him. I was just hoping for a decent human being to consider our situation. He couldn’t care less. If they refuse to do passports one moment past 3pm, they should put that on their sign & online. If they absolutely couldn’t get to us that day, they could have been much nicer about it or at the very least decent & professional. Evidently, that was way too much to ask. Not once did anyone apologize. It was pretty much a nope, go somewhere else. We went to the county clerks office and were in and out in 5 minutes PLUS they were friendly! Avoid this place for passports! Maybe if they don’t do them, they won’t be cranky & can focus on just the mail. Two tasks is too much to expect out of...
Read moreIf I can leave it a Zero star I would. This is my first ever reviews on the internet for what matter so it goes to tell how bad it was that I felt much needed to leave such reviews for this location and this particular person. We came to this location for Passports renewal today and after a 5-10 mins waiting inline, we finally got called over the counter. While we was helped by a lady explaining the renewal procedures, I'd asked that if I could still take the photos for all of us (me and my kids) and comeback another day with my wife to sign off on the kids' applications , then there's appeared another man emerging from the back room who asked the lady to go help on another person while he's taking my photos. He then proceeded to say that I was cutting off "everybody" who were waiting inline (???) that I needed to "now go back inline and wait just like everybody else" (???). . I was stunned and tried to defend myself by pointing to the line dedicating to passport services and said "sir, this was the passport line I was waiting that says on the sign right there" but he already cut me off before I could finish my sentence by saying "no, you cut everybody off and this is the line for appointments only". He was loud, straight out rude and unprofessional that in a split second, I'd decided not worth an argument over or risk ruining my holiday spirits. Needless to say, it's not to my surprises that I'm just one of the many people who has left unsatisfactory and giving negative feedbacks to the same person on this website. Unfortunately, I did not have a clear view on his name tag but pretty sure this was the same man who has received many bad reviews about for this OKC Downtown location. Even My 11 yrs old daughter said how he still has a job is...
Read moreI visited Wednesday June 13th around 6:15. While waiting my turn I observed a thinner white woman, late 50s customer service seemed lacking in my opinion. I feel as though she spoke to her coworker, a young Arabic woman condescendingly, impatiently and unprofessionally. The Arabic clerk waited on me, I told her I have a scan code on my phone for my package. The white woman interjected that the code isn't for shipping. I asked her if the barcode did not create a shipping label and told her it says scan at acceptance. She was disrespectful and unprofessional in her response communication, she condescendingly repeated back to me what I said it says beneath the barcode, also condescendingly doing a emphasizing gesture with her hand. I know what it says, as I told her what it says, so repeating back to me what I said in a condescending manner isn't helpful, friendly, or professional communication in informing me I misunderstood what the barcode was for. I would like to see accountability taken for farther training of this employee, maybe she needs to work in the back, I could clearly see and feel her attitude before she ever engaged me. I feel a mail clerk is more than being familiar with processing customers mail, etc, it is customer...
