Elegant Beauty Supplies Superstores — Attraction in Orlando

Just moved here and came to this one as it was nearby and had good reviews. I was “assisted” by the nastiest employee I have ever encountered. I came in to buy wig tape for tape ins and the girl was insistent she can’t sell them since she can’t find them in system. Another nice young lady came (may be Hispanic or Indian, not sure) and tried to look and said she would call the store owner to ask. The girl walked away then the black girl pretended she got a call “I just told her that I can’t sell something that’s not in inventory” then the phone rings….. how are you on the phone if it’s ringing, my iPhone beeps when I have an incoming call. LOL. She then “ended the call” and said “she told me exactly what I just told you- I can’t sell them because they aren’t in inventory”. As a business owner myself. She WILL cause you to use money if she doesn’t fix her attitude, it was nasty and if the other girl wouldn’t have stepped in she wouldn’t have helped further. I ended up just leaving, as there was no point in continuing on & I know she wouldn’t help further. She should not work at a job like this if she doesn’t want to help customers. Simple. From the time I walked in the door at the international drive location she provided me with excellent customer service which is extremely rare at this location as this kind of treatment at this location is rare. She was super knowledgeable regarding the products I was looking for and the purposes for which I intended on using them. My visit however, was almost ruined at checkout by another advisor/manager name Layla, whom didn’t even ask me if I had a phone number and when asked for her to verify my account to ensure my purchase qualified towards my rewards system, her communication and response was un-enthusiastic, her body language was cold and It made me almost walk out of the store without making a purchase simply because of her overall energy at the checkout. My time in the establishment, start to finish, was incredible!! Every associate was eager to help me. Kisi(I hope I’m spelling it correct) as soon as I got in showed me several products. I took a walk around and when I was ready ,Abdoula, the assistant store manager right away help me with every question I had. I think he knew I unsure about what I want but helped ease my uncertainty. Once I was pointed in the right directions for what I needed, anytime i needed alternatives, Charles Leon was not too far away to assist. I was on a mission but he helped find some other products that would correlate with my needs.
