Marshalls — Attraction in Panama City Beach

Why are your employees stealing carts full of customers’ items and rushing to put everything back on the shelves? This is outrageous. They take your cart the moment you step just a couple of meters away.

The aisles are extremely narrow, so it’s often impossible for two carts to pass. That’s why people have to leave their cart at the end of an aisle. But when you come back literally one minute later, a worker has already taken it and unloaded everything.

This evening at this location, the manager (an older woman with glasses) stole my cart twice. When I asked why, she said that no one had been near the cart for a long time — but that’s simply not true. I had only stepped into the next aisle for 30 seconds.

Instead of apologizing for undoing all the work I had done over the past hour searching for items, she gave me some unclear and dismissive response.

Why is it that at Costco, where there are perishable products, carts can sit safely for 1–2 hours — yet here, lazy employees snatch your cart right out from under you...

While on vacation with my family we decided to hop into marshall’s while waiting for dinner reservations. While inside the store, the floor was a mess with clothes in the wrong places and greeters at front not doing their job, wait times were long for the register they should have called more people up to ring, and when i got up to the register the woman refused to let me use my employee discount. I have been working at the tjmaxx in Ohio for 3 years and have been around to multiple locations including this marshall’s here in florida. With my card left at home but my discount numbers memorized by memory, i have never been refused by an associate like the one working register 1 today. After explaining to her that my card was in ohio and that i was visting with my family she refused to allow me to use my discount on $15 worth of merchandise. She was not friendly about it and inconsiderate. I will not be returning and will be letting everyone back at my store know about...

A ton of empty boxes because unfortunately people steal so much in this store. But my main reason for the bad review is that I purchased around 6 items and checked out like always. I just grabbed the bag I was given and left. When I got home I realized that I only have half of the items in my bag. I called the store and asked about the missing items, they told me yeah they are here and I can pick them up otherwise they will put them back on the floor in a few days again because they need to make the money for the items (makes no sense since I paid for all of it 😂).

I was kinda shocked and said well I live 45 min plus away and can’t just swing by. They said then they can’t do anything about that.

No apologies, nothing. So I had to drive all the way back there again to get my stuff. No apologies or anything again. I understand people make mistakes but not even a sorry from the store manager really...
