Ok. So my daughter and I have shopped at this store frequently for years. At one point she actually worked there as a deli/bakery clerk. It used to be a great place to shop however recently it has gone severely down hill. Because of the recent pandemic most of the customers prefer the self checkout. I always do the self checkout simply because it is faster to me. There is a lady who almost always works the self checkout area, her name is Mulu, she has got to be the most cavalier, downright rude person I have ever seen in customer service at ANY place. She doesn't need to be in front of customers ever. There was a time right after Valentine's Day where all of the candy was on 50% off. There were signs everywhere stating that. We went to check out and of course the candy didn't ring up right. My daughter told her that it was supposed to be half off. Mulu said that my daughter was wrong and then just stood there like we were lying. We had to physically walk her back there for her to see the sale price and then adjust it from there. In my opinion, a customer should never have to walk to the back to show a cashier the price of an item to prove they are right. Like why would I lie? Plus they are sale papers proving it. However, I understand that sometimes you have to. To me it's the attitude that she oozes out on those around her. This instance is just one of many that have happened to my daughter and I. On a positive note there is a manager, her name is Robin, who has to be the absolute best manager ever. She is the sweetest lady. I have spoken to her specifically about Mulu, but she works in grocery and not in the front so she can't make any changes. She (Robin) always goes above and beyond. There was a time during the pandemic where items where selling faster than they could stock them and she wrote me out a raincheck when she didn't have to. She's a joy to be around. It saddens me that one person's actions has made it to the point where it reflects poorly on everyone. Someone should give Robin a raise and promotion. And someone needs to change Mulu's position and tell her that she should never act like that to a customer. I'm going to contact corporate as she has continued to behave this way. This is the last straw for me. I will not shop here when she works. Please feel free to contact me (on here and I can provide my email or phone number if needed). I have no problem filling in the dates and times of the instances of...

NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THEY STILL OFFER COUPONS YOU CANāT USE EITHER BECAUSE YOU CANāT SCAN THEM IN THE STORE OR THEY MAY NOT EVEN HONOR THE ONES YOU SELECTED SOMEWHERE YOU CAN ACCESS THEIR SITE AND CLIPPED THEM.
IS THIS ON PURPOSE?
PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE GETTING DEALS THEY ARENāT.
ORIGINAL REVIEW;
I FEEL RIPPED OFF !!! KROGER GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER !!! Kroger has a store WIFI, but it doesn't work well enough to let customers get the digital coupon sale prices instead of paying full price. There are sale prices that you can get with a wallet card or key chain card, but, the BEST DEALS are with "clipped" digital coupons, which you can see on the store shelves if you didn't see the email, and SUPPOSEDLY can "clip" from the Kroger app before you check out.
As long as I have been going there (YEARS) I have been unable to use the WIFI to connect to the app in the store to clip digital coupons. For a quick stop tonight I missed extra $$$ off of cases of water and a 50% discount on 6-packs of soda. STRANGELY tonight for the first time I did connect to the web site using the WIFI, but the site said there were NO COUPONS OF ANY KIND FOR THE STORE, NOT A SINGLE COUPON. I have never seen that before. Clearly not true.
On the way home I saw that I already had clipped a digital coupon for the water but it didn't show up in the app in the store so I couldn't use it.
One employee said their WIFI has never worked well and you should clip the digital coupons before you come in, but as I saw tonight that may not work either.
I want to point out that you cannot walk out of the store and use the app in the parking lot because the AT&T cellular connections in the immediate area are so poor.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is for the ONLINE FOOD ORDERS: 2 stars only because I have no issues when I go into the store. So my order was not ready when it was supposed to be (7pm) I had a missed call about 5:00 p.m. which was 2 hours before my order was supposed to be ready with them saying my order will be late and wouldn't be ready to be picked up until at least 8:30 p.m. 8:15pm came around and no call or any communication was made so I called. They had told me they were short staff and that they wouldn't have my order ready till TOMORROW!! I then waited for some kind of message from them to let me know my order was ready the next day being highly frustrated already but of course, nothing. I drove up there and the young man who finally brought my order out (15mins) he didn't seem like he cared about his job at all. And I only had just about only HALF of my order filled! I selected substitutions and of course nothing was substituted at all! I wouldn't expect this from my local Kroger. I usually do my online food orders with Walmart, but they didn't have any time spots available for that day and they are farther so I thought I'd try Kroger again. I say that because my last 2 orders I did months ago with Kroger I also had issues with. Walmart's employees are very nice and polite and communicate very well surprisingly not to mention they send you a email with items that are not available as well as the substitution's. I'm highly frustrated and disappointed with Kroger and the employees. Most likely never will order online...
