Salt Lake Souvenir & Gift — Attraction in Salt Lake City

We visited this cute little souvenir shop today and we just wanted to give a huge shout out, as well as a thank you to Ashley (apologies if we misspelled) who went above and beyond to help us out when we were shopping for the perfect gifts for our families back home!

Whether it was just us 2, or the big crowd of people that came in immediately after us, she made sure to answer any and all questions, and would guide us to certain parts of the store to find the perfect items we had in mind to purchase!

The store is very clean, a nice layout, has unique gifts from Utah, as well as handmade, original designs from Native Americans! Bonus for us! 😄

Mind you, we went to every store in Utah looking for cute, handmade, affordable and quality souvenirs, but this was the only shop that did the trick!

But again, none of this would have been possible if it weren't for Ashley who really works hard to make sure everything is kept neat, tidy, and organized. She was super friendly and kind throughout our entire shopping experience! If we could, we would give 12/10 stars just for her...

My wife and I went in looking for some great mementos from what was our 20th Anniversary trip of hiking and shopping. I normally don't take the time out to write reviews unless something goes horribly wrong. This is a time where something went way above my expectations. I had bought a hat and made the mistake of not trying it on until I got back home to Michigan. When I did I noticed the bill was sewn on off center. I was bummed so I called the store to see if they might be able to ship me one and that I would pay for the new hat and shipping because I really liked the look of the hat. To my great appreciation, when I explained what had happened she immediately told me that she would send me a new hat free of charge and she paid the shipping as well. Talk about customer service. I went to the store yesterday to purchase an infant/young child T-shirt for a partner of mine moving out of town. I found the selection to be completely inappropriate and not representative of Utah. The The one T-shirt that I saw had a large pistol on it, and the shirt said big shot. Is that what we are trying to tell people about the children in Utah. as a medical provider and knowing that the number one cause of death of children in this country is guns, I felt like this should not be sold there. I told the young woman behind the counter that I thought it was inappropriate and she responded that she does not do the ordering. I suggested to her that she tell somebody how I felt about this, and she said that I was not the first one to think that that T-shirt was inappropriate.
