Gallery Mack — Attraction in Seattle

I ordered a sculpture thru them 9 months before I wanted it delivered. The shipping came and went and Michael did nothing. He hadn’t taken possession of the artwork yet! It finally shipped but never got here for over a month. The freight company, FedEx, contacted my because they were getting ready to return my artwork to Gallery Mack because he never sent them the shipping documents. He told me he did, but he hadn’t. He also shipped my personal artwork in my companies name so it was being treated as a commercial shipment rather than a private one. FedEx caught this and changed the paperwork saving over $600 I had paid him for shipping, but he never returned my money. This guy doesn’t care about his customers at all.
