The staff at the Seattle location are exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They know the details of each product, stay informed about upcoming offerings, and offer honest, well-rounded advice on everything from function to fit.

Big shout-out to Aaron: I called over a week ago and spoke with him about a repair issue. He assured me that when I came into the store, anyone on staff would be able to assist since he’d update the team. When I visited more than a week later, I had forgotten his name—but he remembered mine. That kind of attention to detail is rare and appreciated. He resolved my issue quickly and with empathy.

Very grateful for Aaron’s help and for the consistently excellent service from this Patagonia location. We've been loyal Patagonia customers for over 20 years because of the company's commitment to quality. This recent experience reinforced why we keep...

I stopped in this store over the weekend and had just an incredible experience with Patagonia's high quality customer service. I brought in a jacket I was hoping to get repaired. There was a short line of others waiting to start their repairs as well.

The employee asked me to walk through the needed repairs. To my pleasant surprise, they said we are actually going to issue you a new jacket and recycling your old one as it's beyond repair. Several other employees helped me look for a replacement jacket that was the same product number. Seriously, each and every single person who helped me was so kind, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be of help. I'm now 100% Patagonia convert. I love their mission and the fact that they have resources available to help empower in realistic ways to treat our planet with the love and care...

Patagonia's clothing and equipment often come with high price tags, but their design and company practices are worth it. One of the great features of the company is their willingness to repair or replace worn gear. My partner and I brought in a couple down jackets with broken zippers and failing sleeve seams and Patagonia's helpful associates generously replaced the jackets. It also looks like they offset the seam in the new generation jackets, so hopefully they'll hold up longer. Additionally they replaced my cold water, neoprene gloves that didn't prove to be durable. Impressively, they also have a gear recycling program that demonstrates their dedication to the sustainable production and consumption of outdoor gear. Thanks to the folks at Patagonia for leading...

Love most of everything here, from the clothes to the company philosophy to be good to Mother Nature. But… I’m not happy with their “Life time warranty”, which isn’t about the lifetime of the purchaser but the life time of the clothing item. After 6 years of use my raincoat is no longer truly waterproof, it gets damp in the inside in moderate rain, when I tried to exchange it they say my jackets life is x years and they will only give me a percentage of the purchase price. This doesn’t seem clear what the life time warranty should be. Don’t get me wrong I still like their products but was bit disappointed by their warranty.

I bought a large order of the gear wash because it comes in metal packaging and wanted to reduce shipping impacts. But each individual bottle was double wrapped in plastic bubble wrap which completely defeats the purpose of being plastic free. I thought “earth is your only shareholder” and you were “dead serious about saving this planet”? This is not in line with your stated goals. There are tons of plastic free packing options and these bottles really didn’t need that much packaging. Really disappointed in Patagonia
