I went to Tune HiFi recently to audition Grado headphones. I've been curious about them for a while, but there are so many models, so I wanted to test several adjacent models in their lineup. The proprietors of the shop were very helpful, answering every question I had and setting me up with a Tidal connection and a dragonfly dac to test the phones with. After nearly 30 minutes of listening and several batteries of questions, I was ready to pick a pair of phones, confident that I was getting the correct pair.
If I'd simply purchased online, I'm certain I'd have been haunted by uncertainty. "What if the next model up the chain is a lot better for not that much more money?" "What if I've spent too much and the price/performance sweet spot comes at the model below what I've gotten?" And so on.
I ended up getting an sr225e, and I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks...

No thanks. So much for supporting a local...

I stopped by earlier this week only to discover that the store is on summer hours, and only open on Saturdays through August. There is no mention of this on the store's website or various profile pages. There is only a small handwritten sign on the front door to notify customers.
Today, Saturday, I tried to visit again at 12:30PM and the store was still not open.
Please update your website and profile pages with accurate operating hours. And be open when you say...
