Gallery of Modern Masters — Attraction in Sedona

I requested from Tom Fox (no relation) to speak with the owner but I have yet to hear from him. We purchased a glass sculpture by Harold Lustig that was defective and Tom Fox seemed interested in helping us. He first recommended we glue it ourselves in the sun for several hours but we ultimately took his offer to send it back to the artist. He mentioned this happened with another same sculpture so we were fine with paying the shipping charge to get it fixed correctly. We shipped it back to the artist at his suggestion and packaged it in the EXACT same packaging it came in and unfortunately it broke further in transit. The artist was very obtuse and refused to take pictures for the insurance claim and ultimately threw our sculpture out! He also refused to replace the product even though it was clearly defective. We have left several messages for Tom but he stopped returning our calls. Tom didn't provide any guidance on how to ship it so we just sent it back in it's original packaging.

All we're asking is that the gallery stand behind it's product and provide a replacement or a full refund. We are upset that it came to writing a negative comment on this website. We actually love this piece of art and we were proud to display it...

The director, Callie, runs an excellent shop with a great attitude, and is thoroughly knowledgeable on her store's artists. A well-picked selection of modern art, with some solid sculpture to bring you in from the abstract....

Thought we would quickly peck our heads in and be in and out. We were so intrigued with the art there that we spent a great amount of time here fascinated with how interesting and unique the art here...
