Bennali at Tlaquepaque — Local services in Sedona

Entered the store with my husband and walked around looking at a few things. He found a hat that interested him and began looking at it. The store employee (I assume owner) came over and offered up some info about the hat was nice enough and asked if she could find his size. He said that we were just looking as he already had the right size in his hands. The second he said we were just looking she walked away immediately. It was so weird my husband looked at me and made a face, like what was that about. She then said they were closing in a few minutes and kinda hinted that we needed to leave. He kindly asked her if everything around there closed at 6 and she said yes. He asked if it was because of COVID and she said that it was because “nobody buys anything after 6. It would be pointless to be open.” She was snarky and passive aggressive after that, not what you want in customer service. Put a bad taste in our mouth about the whole area. Really hope the whole experience...

I loved my experience at this store! I'd been searching for a particular dress and not only did I find the perfect thing, it was on sale! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved a kimono that went well with the dress, but decided not to get it. I regretted that later and called the store - they were SO kind to me! The lady checked if they still had it, then agreed to ship it to me out of state. She even followed up to make sure I got it, which I did. So not only were the clothes great, with a wonderful selection, but the atmosphere was fun and the staff were incredibly helpful. And of course, Tlaquepaque is a gorgeous location....

The poncho is black and white, it looks fantastic, layered over a long sleeve shirt and black jeans. The material is a soft knit, not too heavy; it is an "One Size" fit all and is the perfect fit for me.
