While the store is cute and the love locks are an awesome idea - my fiancee and I visited here yesterday (2/14/2025) to revisit the lock we had placed on the wall the day we got engaged (1/5/2024). We came back to find that the knob our lock was chained to had been taken down and that our lock could possibly have been thrown out entirely. What we were hoping would be a fun annual tradition to visit our lock turned out to be very disappointing. After scouring the wall for a bit, no dice. Didn’t find it. My experience in the shop saved my opinion of the mall. The lady was welcoming and friendly. She was helpful when I wanted the dress on display and removed it promptly. Further she did not wince when she thought I wanted to try it on, even though I was obviously fresh off a morning hike, dust and all. I picked up a beautiful raw crystal necklace for my daughter-in-law and the lovely, bohemian silk romper for summer wear! My son also got a few things for his girl.
