Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever encountered.

The pizza I ordered was delivered completely burnt, with the bottom of the crust blackened and crunchy to the point that it was inedible. When I politely asked to have it remade, what appeared to be either the manager or head waitress insisted that this was how all pizzas are cooked in your oven. I explained that this particular pizza was clearly burnt, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, she argued with me, rolled her eyes, and took the pizza without further comment.

Later, when I tried to ask another waitress for a drink refill, since my original server was clearly busy, the same woman refused to assist. When my sister pointed out that we had been waiting a long time and she didn’t appear busy with other customers, the woman returned and began yelling at us, accusing us of being rude.

This behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable. My sister and I were so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that this kind of service can be addressed so that other customers do not have the same experience.

I was honestly expecting some kind of apology or at the very least and acknowledgment of the horrible service I received at this place but instead I received more of the disgusting and disrespectful behavior I encountered in person.

I also find it interesting that you have at least 20 1 star reviews and you reply to them by blaming them and not taking any accountability for your actions, bad service and bad food!! I know we can’t all be wrong and lying like you accuse us of. I know I’m not lying and can’t believe you would go that low!! My sister and I barely touched the food and drinks that were served and ended up with an upset stomach to top it off.

The only one that should be ashamed here is you and your staff for allowing this type...

Extremely poor service. We put our name on waitlist and were told it would be 30 mins wait. We were waiting and then saw another hostess giving table right away to guests coming after us. We asked our hostess why we had to wait and it turns out one of the hostess wasn’t aware there was a waiting list. So depending on who you speak to, you either end up waiting for 30 mins or end up getting a table right away. We finally got a table and the server told us that because we had to wait in error, she would be taking care of us personally. She took our order - wine, an appetizer and main course. After that we didn’t see her for a while. Next thing we see our main course on the table immediately followed by appetizer. There was no wine. We started eating and asked one of the staff to send our server. She showed up in a while (most of our food was already over). I asked her what happened to wine and she said sorry (wasn’t even sincere and literally one word) and that she will bring the wine. She goes in and then took longer and brought a different wine than what we ordered (saying the one we ordered is not available anymore). She ultimately didn’t charge for wine but it was a very bad experience - from seating to serving of food. I left a generous tip (30%+) because they gave free wine and partly because servers get paid out of tip but I would never go to a restaurant which treats their customer this way. If I hadn’t asked the hostess why I had to wait, they would have made me wait so much more longer while giving later customers table right away. Same with wine - if I hadn’t asked they wouldn’t have brought it. Eating out is all about experience and service. This place failed in all. I would give zero...

Rude waitress it look like they never acknowledge that we were there took for ever to get seated after getting seated it took more than 20 mins for them to come and take down our drinks . While there were other families that came after us and they didn’t waited to be seated and got drinks and food before we even got our drinks We started thinking if it was because of our skin color had to stop waitress to ask why no one had taken our order she reply with someone would be here shortly then I pointed out other parties that had came after us and were already eating she said they were very busy I understood that they were busy but why couldn’t they take our drinks we weren’t worth a cup of water for them.. after almost an hr the waitress came took our drink orders and we put in our food order since they were taking so long . To make story short we never got our drinks got our food so late n they forgot my youngest daughter order n our drinks they came and ask again what were our drinks I got really upset asked to speak to the manager n here comes a young lady and I was telling her about how long had we been seating waiting for at least a cup Of water and she said with a bad attitude “I’m not gonna deal with this right now. I was on lunch took time from my lunch for this “I thought that was really rude and unprofessional from her part so they ended us bringing us boxes to take our food n 2 water bottles.. RUDE .. they made us feel like our money wasn’t worth anything.. not to mention they saw my daughter crying because she started thinking it was a racism thing because the other parties were white.. I would never go back .. On a good note we ended going to the Solvang brewery and food was good...
