Its a nice small museum for $5. Very well put together. They had some old swords and fighting equipment that looked cool. The statues look kinda scary in the back room. Like chainsaw massacre. Each exhibit had information about the vikings and the amber stones. One thing that was weird, was the human head they had in one of the cases. Like why? But to each its own. The Amber part was dope tho. Information how it is made and the things that were trapped in it. The dinosaur and eggs were cool too.

Amber is one room, the size of a closet, with lots of different examples of amber from throughout the world. $5 ticket for this and the Viking museum which is great. Viking museum is 2 rooms starting with a small example of a Viking longboat. In the next room, the safe, there are many original Viking swords.

There's just nothing there. It's just $5 but still, there's nothing there. It is practically the size of a studio apartment with some stones and props. If you expect something exciting you will be disappointed or else for $5 it's alright. You can take some pictures and spend 10 minutes.

This was a fun little place to see in Solvang. It's inside a store, to the right when you enter. You pay $5 per adult (free for kids) at any register in the store. The museum is two rooms. The first room has some Viking jewelry, texts, statues, other displays and videos, a beautiful tapestry lining the top of the wall, and an awesome throne with carved figures on each side where you can take photos. It looks like many more artifacts are coming soon. The second room has amber artifacts on display and some more Viking things like swords and axe heads. I think the price is right for what it is, and I look forward to visiting again and seeing additions...
