Scam - more fake reviews coming in. Don’t believe any of them that are positive. This is a total scam and the company needs to be shut down!

Update: I find it very interesting that all these 5 star reviews have been showing up in the last 2 weeks. These are fake posts trying to increase their rating. This is a 100% scam. They will not send your wine, refund your money or even respond. The wine tour we took, Sustainable wine tours has even dropped this stop and refuses to do business with them. Do you research, they have a F on the BBB site and bad reviews all over the internet. Shame on the people they paid to write positive reviews….they all seem very similar…this company needs to be shut down.

Also, they now have removed the ability to comment on their posts because of all the bad reviews. They are trying to cover up their scam with fake reviews and preventing the real ones from being shared. Do not order from or visit this place! Save yourself the money and discussions with your credit card company about the scam.

This is a complete scam. Do not order wine from them or visit them on a tour. They will charge your card over and over, never sending wine. The number and contact information is useless, as they will not respond. If you tour is stopping here, find...

PLEASE BE AWARE! It was my husbands and I wedding anniversary and wanted to do a weekend getaway close to our hometown of Orange County. I heard great things about Solvang and decided to make the drive and get a wine tour. In our wine tour in June 2023 we stopped at SYWC at the following address 2111 Hill Haven Rd Solvang, CA 93463, which the son/owner stated it was his family home. After our tasting we purchase 1 bottle of wine. In October 2023 there was a charge from this company stating we had signed up for there membership. Luckily for my credit card company they approved our dispute. Now in April 2024 we got charged again. Now they sent in “Prooof” stating we had signed up for their Wine Club Membership and they were shipping wine out to us. It was a coincidence that right when we submitted the dispute they “sent a package” to show proof that they are sending wine. As of May 2024 nothing has been received. We have changed our credit card multiple times and the charges are still coming through. Don’t believe the other reviews, all lies. I have called, emailed, gone on BBB, and even done some intensive search to get in contact with Gabriel Rocha the owner and have been unsuccessful. If you do a wine stop here DO NOT purchase...

Visited here about 3 years ago, loved the wines and joined the wine club. After a few months I decided to cancel my wine club. I received confirmation. A few months later I was charged for a wine club shipment. I reached out as I had cancelled of course, but I had also not received a wine club shipment. I was told it would be fixed. However, I did not receive a refund, then I was charged again the next month, again not receiving the shipment. I reached out again and promised the same thing. I have been incredibly patient as I thought perhaps it’s a small business and they needed time or someone had health issues. But now two of the email addresses I’ve communicated with are no longer active. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend at all and instead suggest staying away. At least/or especially from the wine club. Mistakes happen, but how they do not care to fix them...
