Here is my experience:

2-3 years ago I brought my cracked iPhoneX in to have the front screen fixed. Once they completed the job, I noticed the newly installed screen looked much different from the previous one. The new screen was much more brighter and it also felt cheaply made. About 2-3 days later the corner of the newly installed screen started to lift (as if they did not put enough glue, or the screen was a bad screen). I also had issues with typing and pressing on the screen. I didn't want to deal with the problems so I decided to trade that phone in to get a new iPhone12.

Fast forward to today:

Yesterday, I decided I would give them another chance. I took my cracked iPhone12 in to have the front and back screen fixed. Guess what... the same issues/new issues arise. The "fixed" screen has a brightness issue, Im having issues typing. If I slightly press the screen (the screen messes up), my phone has been extremely hot from the time I picked up the phone (I thought it might have been this way when I picked it up because they just finished working on it), and also... today... 1 day later... not even 1 whole day, 16 hours later... the bottom of the front screen is lifted.

I took my phone in yesterday to discuss my issues with the screen acting weird when I press down on it... the people working there said it was because I had a piece on the inside that was bent... which is causing the screen to do that. They said that bent piece came from the screen being cracked. This is a huge lie. The reason I know that, is because I NEVER had any issues before bringing my phone in to get it fixed, the bent piece was also located in literally an opposite side of where my very MINOR crack was located. I believe they broke/bent something while installing. I believe they also installed a bad/cheap front screen.

I hate to leave such a long and bad review... however, if you are looking to bring your business here, please consider this review. You will do much better by taking your device to the Apple store. You will roughly pay the same thing initially, you will get good quality work and good quality parts. In the long run, you will pay much more if you need to take your device elsewhere to get it properly fixed.

A new issue just raised. I now have a notification on my phone that says "Unknown Part- unable to determine if your iPhone display is a genuine Apple part. This could be because the part is non genuine, not functioning as expected, or the installation is incomplete*... I understand this is not a genuine apple part, However, It very much seems like this front screen display is not functioning as expected and the instillation is not complete/ installed...

*THEY DO NOT USE APPLE CERTIFIED PRODUCTS * Went in on May 29 to get my iPhone 11 screen and back camera fixed as they were damaged. Repair was fast and everything worked good as new, except the Face ID did not work and when I went into the phone's settings the Face ID section said that whatever replacement parts that The Fix had installed were not compatible with Apple's Face ID. This was concerning to me, as their website explicitly states in their policy that "We understand how critical genuine Apple parts are to a quality repair, so we go out of our way to use only Apple-certified replacement parts to make sure your devices work the way they should." This is a straight up lie. So my phone got "fixed" Monday and not even four days later the screen these guys had put in completely stopped responding to any touch. Four days. When I went back to the store, the guys I talked to said that it is impossible to fix the Face ID, which started to raise my suspicion. He then said that they could try a new "software that just came out this month" to fix it, but it would cost me another $150 on top of the $200 that they would not refund me, and there was not even a guarantee it would work. With all of this information taken into account, I got a very sketchy feeling about this company. Please remember that this company does not use Apple-certified products as stated in their policy. They use uncertified products that are technically "compatible" with Apple products, so there is no way of being sure that these parts going into your phone are quality. When they fixed mine my face ID didn't work and the screen broke after four days, so you do the math. If you are considering taking your devices here, PLEASE do so with caution.
