Kevin Jewelers — Attraction in Torrance

Sold me a "Brand New Solid-Gold Chain" back in May in exchange for a used ring as credit towards the purchase.

For starters, the prices of the Jewelry here are completely gouged. I do understand you own a business, and have overhead to pay, but save yourself some money and get the same jewelry for cheaper somewhere else. (Online)

Sales staff were very misleading and incredibly "sharky". I attempted to bargain to get a reasonable retail price on a chain, and left feeling swindled. Effortless use of warranties and disclaimers within the transaction ensuring I was paying a lot for the chain, and that I was stuck with it.

Days after purchasing the chain the clasp became defective. What's crazy is they tried to sell me a "Warranty" for that specific scenario! It's almost as if they knew they were selling me a banged up used chain in the first place.

After the "Credit" from the ring was applied, (Which was purchased from them originally) i walked out with what i thought was a nice chain at the time for like $500 dollars on top of retail prices listed online. (Basically took my ring from me.)

Positive reviews don't match the performance of this Merchant. Nice location, Unprofessional staff and management with poor effort and respect for the customer, poor quality jewelry with poor selection. I will never...

When I went in to Kevin Jewelers the sales representative Miss Barbara and the others gave me their immediate attention soon as I walk through the door they were very polite and kind and when I asked them what I was looking for which was a men's ring they immediately took me over to the Showcase showed me a y selection a beautiful men white gold and diamond wings that I was mediately taken a liking for they were very attentive to me and what I was interested in they even helped me make my selection by giving me the details what kind of gold and diamonds that I was looking at and they helped me to make a selection and they did everything they could to make it possible for me to make a purchase by even helping me with discounts and savings I was so blown away and happy with the attention that I got there that I would tell anyone to go to Kevin Jewelers and they'll take. Very good care mean extremely good care of you. walked away with my purchase happy and can't wait to go back for I seen a few other items that I was really looking for they had it and I want to go back to see how they can help me to make those purchases also that was the best experience I had a jewelry store that...

My partner and I were thinking of getting promise rings for one another, we never thought it would have been the day we walked in the store.

So we casually started browsing in the store and the kindness and warmth of being acknowledged of our presence was truly a sign we had to get the ring. Our sales person David was extremely patient with me and my partner while choosing our ring. (Im just indecisive lol) He knew exactly what I wanted and definitely made the shopping experience fun and not stressful. The store manager Rochelle was helpful as well, giving us input and provided reassurance we were in good hand at Kevin Jewelers. Daisy was also warm and friendly while closing out our purchase and finalizing the transaction

These 3 individuals made ring shopping fun and definitely will be our go to jewelry store moving forward. We won’t mind the drive from OC to Torrance if these 3 were there. Such amazing individuals.
