Cruise was awesome. The scenery is beautiful. The staff was nice, but our server definitely seemed like she was on something. The food is questionable. The omelet station, i feel bad for that dude. They have 1 station for the entire boat, so you have to stand there and wait a while, as people stand around in front of the buffet area. The buffet area. Over cooked sausage and burnt to a crisp bacon, wilted salad, dry looking carving station. No toaster for bagels. For 75$ a person for brunch, I expect way better. This was on par with a continental breakfast from a hotel. Musicians were great and gave away gift cards to people. Bathrooms are on every floor. There are bars on every floor. Wouldn't go again.

Went on this lunch cruise with my girlfriend for her birthday. I'm not sure if people here just have issues with food in general. But the buffet was great there was salad, dessert a few hot meals and deli. The tour boat was beautiful and fun, with music prizes and the staff even wished my girlfriend a happy birthday. The cruise is what you make it, and our experience was wonderful. I would recommend.

I highly recommend such an amazing place and it was a great cruise teaching us about the different places that we pass by. While getting greeted with great service The food is pretty good and everything is well kept I highly recommend. I also want to thank Jasmine and Richard on the Saturday at 12:00 lunch Cruise on May 10th for the great service. And for them being so friendly with us.

We visit Lake George often and this was our third Lac Du Saint Sacrement dinner cruise experience...sadly, it was disappointing on many aspects. The boat was scheduled to depart at 6:30pm. It was 6:14pm when my family and I arrived to the dock/boarding ramp and they were already pulling up the ramp. We weren't greeted and the gentleman who began scanning our tickets kept saying my ticket had already been scanned; not sure what happened there but I just let him figure it out. We get to our table and order 4 alcoholic beverages before going over to the buffet to get food. The server shows up with 2 drinks so we figured the bar was busy and he would come back with our other 2 drinks....he did not. He did however, return with a woman (possibly a manager) who questioned why one person ordered 3 drinks for themselves as there was a limit of one drink per person (🫤). I counted the drinks on the table, then counted the 4 people sitting at the table, then looked at the woman. Her response..."oh", then she walked off looking annoyed. If it was a matter of someone appearing to look too young to drink alcohol, all she had to do was ask for ID as everyone in our party was over 21. It's always nice to see a choice of protein...they did have chicken, fish, and roast beef but all were undercooked and extremely bland. This was overall a terrible experience; for $286.00 plus an additional $38.00 for 4 watered-down drinks, you're better off taking the shorter/cheaper Minnie Ha-Ha narrated boat ride, then going over to Mario's for an awesome meal and great service. Lac Du Saint Sacrament dinner...

So years ago I had a disappointing experience and I may have been a bit harsh.

My family and I have been coming to lake George for the last 8 years to spend our family vacation. We usually stay for a week and we take the dinner boat cruise on the Thursday of that week.

The year before Covid we had a really bad experience and decided we were no longer going to include the dinner cruise as part of our routine which was disappointing as our family has dubbed it the dancing boat and we always had great experiences which led to great family memories.

We decided to try it again last year with our in-laws. We had a great time. This year we decided to do the Thursday night dinner and fireworks combo and let me tell you. They did not disappoint.

Our server Klara was excellent. Even though she seemed very busy she kept on checking in on us to make sure our drinks were filled and was very accommodating with our daughter’s nut allergy.

The entertainment was great. I asked them to play a song for my wife’s and I upcoming wedding anniversary, he admittedly said the vocals were out of his range but he indulged me by playing our song from his library of songs allowing my wife and I to relive part of our wedding day.

Thank you to the entire crew and management for the great memories and we will see...

My family booked a party of 16 to celebrate my Aunts birthday. When my cousin arrived she did not like where they places us ( at the entrance where it was busy and conjested) she asked them to move they said they could not. When i arrived i knew I could not stay in that place. I took a walk to see if there was other seating. I found a table that had 2 seats. No "reserved sign or designation" After getting some food (unflavored and unimpressive) a lady approaches the table and says we are not supposed to be there. My reply was "there was no designation." Ok, so after im finished i will move". She said she was going to get the captain. I thought "thats drastic" but then some other guy named "Ryan" who says he is 'just under the Captain" and said he is the pilot, He came with a load voice and demanding we move. It felt so unprofessional and inappropriate. I moved after being invited to get off the boat if i didn't like my seat. I felt humiliated and embarrassed I never felt so unwelcomed and devalued. Do they even know that EVERY CUSTOMER MATTERS? They never tried to help us rectify the situation. I saw Ryan- The pilot walking around and it appeared he was keeping an eye on my husband and I. NOT WORTH IT! Needless to say. I did not enjoy anything about this...
