The provider they use is uneducated and gave me the wrong information which has ruined breastfeeding my 3 month old. On the video consultation the provider said that I was okay to get the IV but to ask the nurse what vitamins I can and cannot do. So I told the front desk I was cleared to get the iv and reiterated what the provider had said. I told the nurse what the provider said and asked if there is anything I shouldn’t be having since I was breastfeeding. She didn’t say much and just told me to not add in glutathione. I expected some more insight but figured that everything was fine and she wasn’t concerned. Cut to, 10 minutes before the drip was finished a different nurse came and stopped it and told me I should NOT be getting the IV. That the provider wrote them and said I WASN’T cleared. I explained what the provider said to me and that I told the nurse before she gave me the iv that I was breastfeeding and for advice. And she said I “don’t know why the provider said that on the video but they sent us the message you aren’t cleared”. So they waited until I had 10 Minutes left to actually check if I was allowed to get it. And because of this they said I can’t breastfeed my baby for 3-5 days. Which has now lead to complications feeding him because he is not used to this much formula and he is now eating less more than half of what he used to. And it’s been impossible trying to get him to breastfeed again. I will say thank god for the nurse who caught this and told me. If she wasn’t there I would have walked out and put my baby in dangerous situation. She was very empathetic and understanding of what this meant. And her and Danni, were very helpful and friendly. I wish I had her originally. Instead, apparently my nurse, who had been a NICU , didn’t say anything to me! The company gave me a refund but that isn’t even close to making up for the hindrance it has put on feeding my baby and not to mention the money I’ve...

As a former basketball player who still plays recreationally--and a committed biohacker obsessed with pushing the limits of human performance, vitality, and longevity--I've experienced my fair share of wellness clinics. But nothing compares to what Next Health delivers. This place isn't just a health facility--it's a futuristic sanctuary for those of us who live to optimize.
From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in the right place. The vibe is ultra-modern, clean, and buzzing with high-frequency energy. And the team? Knowledgeable, passionate, and just as obsessed with cutting-edge wellness as I am.
I've been cycling through a full protocol here:
Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: This has become my go-to for post-workout and cognitive recovery. My clarity is next-level. My HRV went from 40 to 55 within a month.
Infrared Bed & Sauna: Detoxification, mitochondrial activation, and deep muscle recovery--check, check, and check.
Cryotherapy: Three minutes in that chamber and I feel like I could wrestle a polar bear. It's a total inflammation killer.
IV Drips with NAD+ and Glutathione: Absolute game changers for cellular health, DNA repair, and sustainable energy. It's like jet fuel for biohackers.
Custom Supplements & Consults: Everything is personalized--no one-size-fits-all approach here. I recently did both the DNA and speed-of-aging tests, and I'm stoked to see the results.
They're not just offering services--they're offering transformation. If you're serious about extending your lifespan, upgrading your biology, and operating at your highest level, Next Health is it.
This isn't self-care. It's...
Read moreI honestly don’t understand how this place has so many 5-star reviews. For me, it’s not even worth 1 star. I really tried to give them multiple chances before writing this, but the experience has been consistently disappointing.
The front desk staff are inexperienced and don’t seem to know much about the services. For example, when I asked about IV options, they couldn’t answer basic questions — these are things a nurse should be advising on.
The sauna experience is the worst part. As a new member, I expected professional standards. Instead, the sauna temperature is way too low. That’s not therapeutic. I introduced my husband to try it as well, and he had an even worse experience: The sauna starts at 100°F ends at 120°F and the front desk gave him headphones with no music, left him in the cryo, and didn’t even check in when the session ended. He had to let himself out. It made me wonder — what if the door had locked? What would they do if someone was stuck inside? Safety does not feel like a priority here.
Even after reaching out to the manager to confirm things would be handled properly, nothing improved. On the day of our planned visit, the sauna temperature was still only 100°F. This ruined our holiday schedule since we had planned around the session.
At this point, regardless of whether the long-term health results are good or not, the lack of professionalism and proper service here doesn’t match the luxury look of the space. As a first-month member, I already...
