Summary Originally booked 45-minute hair wash + 60-minute nail service, costing 670,000 VND, but the experience was extremely disappointing. From chaotic reservations, rough service, poor technique to bad attitude, it was disappointing in every aspect. Strongly recommend avoiding this...

This was, without a doubt, the BEST massage experience I’ve had in all of Vietnam, an absolutely perfect way to end our little getaway. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and therapeutic massage, I cannot recommend this place enough.

My masseuse, My (pronounced “Me”), was absolutely phenomenal. From the very start, her touch was perfect - gentle yet firm in all the right ways. Unlike some other masseuses I’ve had elsewhere, who left my body with discomfort and pain that lingered for days, My relieved so much of the tension I had. She found and worked on all the knots in my shoulders, traps, and back with such precision, and the results were instant.

My wife opted for the Healing Touch Package and I opted for Combo 3, which included a full-body scrub with honey and lime followed by a 90-minute body massage with hot stones. Me’s soft, delicate supple hands worked magic - she found every tight spot and made the entire experience deeply relaxing and euphoric. What amazed me most was how thorough and consistent she was, not once did I experience any discomfort. She not only cracked my neck and back but also managed to release all the tension in my joints, from my fingers to my toes. It was an incredible sense of relief and remarkable experience.

Despite only having two years of experience, My’s skills felt like those of a seasoned professional with decades of expertise. Her technique, attention to detail, and ability to cater to individual needs were unmatched.

If you’re in Hà Nội, Orient Spa & Nails is a must-visit, and make sure to ask for My. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely rejuvenated. I cannot recommend her...

Today i had 4 services. I chose the 1hr aromatherapy massage, 1 hr headwash, 1hr scrub and wrap and the 75min facial. They gave me a lousy 5% off for booking 4 services.

The headwash and head massage was given first. I thought this was unusual as my hair looked great when that was finished, but it got messed up during the other services. I didn't enjoy this at all. I have never had this before so can't compare it to anything. I just thought it would be more relaxing and not so rough. My hair did look and feel amazing though. The room they do this in was very noisy, you can hear all the street noise.

Scrub and wrap was good, skin feels great

Massage was great.

The first half of the facial was very good, my lady was incredibly gentle and it was very relaxing. She then put on a mask and left me for half an hour. Usually they will massage your arm or something while you wait for the mask to dry. It was like she forgot about me. Once she did come back she did some stretches and lifted me ontop of her with her feet! Super strong woman.

I have deleted a star due to the reception staff. A lady came in saying a few of her nails had fallen off that she got done there 2 days ago. The staff were whispering and giving snide remarks, one even rolled her eyes. Until I seen that I thought they were super nice. I woudnt come back again just because of that.
