Posada Martha Tolima — Hotel in Quindío

Great location - 5 minutes on foot from the main square, where all the Willys depart! Unfortunately, this road is to the steep hill, so it takes time until you reach top of the hill and you are able finally to enter to the the main square. Also we liked the parrot, but she was talking only when there were no people. When you came to a parrot, she was sitting silently :) Hotel organized the transportation from Pereira airport to the pousada, but price 120.000 COP (about 34 EUR) for the transfer was very expensive (comparing with other prices in Colombia). And there were no chances for negotiations. I don't understand comments of the people, who wrotes, that breakfast in this pousada was awesome. How 2 small toasted sandwiches with ham and cheese with half cup of tea is awesome breakfast? Please check the picture :/ I would rate it as no breakfast at all, because after this breakfast you must go to your room to eat something more. It's very hot inside the room and there are no A/C! In Salento days are hot and absence of A/C is a huge disadvantage for the property. There are no refrigerator inside the room and you can't cool down your drinks. Bathroom is super tiny, you don't have place there to turn around. Staff in the hotel doesn't speak english at all. If you are not speaking spanish, you can't ask them for any advices or where to go. Of course, they have (at least) a big book in English with all the advices where to go and what to do, but it's not the same as conversation with english...

A booking-on foglaltam a szállásom, és értékeltem is, mint mindig, minden szállást, ahol életemben jártam. Sajnálom, hogy őszinte vagyok és nem tetszik az igaz véleményem a hotelről. De ez az igazság! Nem tudok jobbat írni, ha nem felel meg a szoba számomra. A szállásadó ezt a választ írta nekem, melyben hazugságot állít és a saját személyemet rágalmazza, hogy én rossz ember vagyok, pedig csak a saját véleményem írtam le. :

buenos días , lastimosamente su experiencia con nosotros no fue tan agradable , puesto que la forma como usted describe el hospedaje es bastante desagradable , por algo que no le halla gustado no deberían de decir tantas mentiras empezando con lo de los impermeables que se los llevaron ustedes mismos , si querían pasar por robados tendrían que ver pensado en las cámaras que los filmaron cuando ustedes los tomaron , no se quedaron las 3 noches por que el personal no pudo mas con ustedes , son los clientes mas desagradables y mentirosos que hemos tenido y que por su forma de ser no deberán de salir de su país a calumniar el trabajo de otros sitios, por favor sean mas consientes y no sean tan destructivos , no sean tan malas personas , que tengan un buen día Jó reggelt, sajnos a velünk való élményed nem volt olyan kellemes, mert ahogy a szállást leírod, az elég kellemetlen, valamiért, ami nem tetszett, ne hazudj annyit az esőkabátokról, amiket magadnak vittél el, ha el akarsz menni, ha el akarnál lopni, akkor gondolnod kell a kamerákra, amik felvettek, amikor elvetted őket, nem maradtál a 3 éjszakában, mert a személyzet nem bírta tovább, mert a legkellemetlenebb az ügyfeled nem szabad elhagynod az országodat, hogy rágalmazd más helyek munkáját, kérlek legyél tudatosabb és ne legyél olyan romboló, ne legyél olyan rossz emberek, szép napot....

Írtam pozitív dolgokat is, mint például a reggeli, a szállás dekorációja valamit a kedves személyzet, akik segítettek is előkeresni az eltűnt esőkabátjainkat (ami nem sikerült). (Mosolygósak voltak és rendkívül kedvesek, együttérzőek a kabátokkal kapcsolatban) Azt mondták, hogy az ott lévő másik vendégek magukkal vitték a túrára...valószínűleg igazat mondtak, és nem is érdekelt már minket, mert elhagytuk a szállást....ez csak 2 esőkabát, de akkor is... nem veszem el más tulajdonát! Soha!

Ez nem változtat a tényeken: levegőtlen, párás, penészes szoba (éghajlat miatt, valamint nincs a fürdőszobában ablak, és szellőző sem! Minden szót, zajt, lépést lehetett hallani, mivel a reggeliző rész és a lépcső a szoba előtt volt. Késő esti baráti hangos beszélgetések nagyon hideg szoba, langyos víz a zuhanyban a paplanok idegen hajszálakkal tele...

3 éjszakát foglaltunk, de 2 éj után már nem bírtunk itt maradni. Sajnálom, de az egészségem fontosabb. A penész pedig nem tesz jót a légutaknak!!!

Javaslom a szállásadónak, hogy ha nem bírja a kritikát, akkor válasszon más foglalkozást magának. Azért írtam ezt, mert a szállásadó válasza teljes mértékben elfogadhatatlan számomra!

(Ez a szállás volt a kolumbiai 4 hetes utazásom alatt a legrosszabb választás. Több, mint 40 ország és több száz szállás megítélése után lehet jogom arra, hogy véleményem legyen!)
