Hostal Los Guaduales — Hotel in Quindío

We booked Los Guaduales with booking. When we arrived, we were told that there was a problem with the bathroom and that we couldn't stay. They offered us a room in their other hostel (Hostel Bamboo), for the same price. The hostel had a much lower standard, and no hot water. When we went back to Los Guaduales and requested to use a communal bathroom (although we had paid for a private one) in order to get hot water, they would not let us do that. We also noticed that Los Guaduales was full of other guests, apparently not problem with the toilets after all! After a long argument they gave us money back for one night and we went on to find MUCH better accommodation in Salento. The attitude of the owner was awful, and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Salento is full of beautiful places to stay with lovely people who are passionate about hospitality. Support...

We stayed there for few nights. Nice and budget hostel with nice staff. Clean bathroom! First we checked in in the centrum, hostel on the main street. After two nights we decided to stay there for two more days but receptionist informed us, it is not possible because our room we r currently staying in is already booked. We were disappointed. Cos when you are a backpacker and want to relax , settle in one place/room then you dont feel like packing and unpacking everything every single day. But anyway they offered us a different room in their hostel, few minutes far from the center, just across the bridge. We moved there, although it wasnt as nice. But ok and clean;) the overall is good!;) wifi...
