Hostal Palmas de Cocora (Dónde Chaleco) — Hotel in Quindío

PÉSIMO SERVICIO|1) El proceso del check in duró 1 h (aunque éramos los únicos huéspedes del hotel)|2) Pedimos cerveza y dijeron q enseguida las llevarían a la cabaña-habitación, a las 3 h al ver q no llegaban fuimos hasta la recepción por ellas y dijeron q ya habían cerrado el bar y q ya no podían venderlas.|3) La comunicación es solo por WhatsApp, llamamos y escribimos porque no había agua y nunca contestaron ni por llamada ni por escrito.|4) Al día siguiente tampoco había agua y decían q fuéramos pacientes que en 30 min habilitarían el servicio, jamás lo habilitaron, nunca hubo agua ni para bañarnos ni para lavarnos los dientes.|5) Pedimos el desayuno incluido y dijeron q enseguida lo llevarían hasta la habitación, nunca llegó|6) No dieron explicaciones, ni alternativas, ni disculpas y mucho menos compensaciones.|7) La vista es espectacularmente hermosa 💖||TERRIBLE SERVICE|1) The check-in process took 1 hour (although we were the only guests at the hotel)|2) We ordered beer and they said they'd take 'em to the cabin-room right away. 3 h later, we went to the reception to get them and they said they had already closed the bar and they could no longer sell them.|3) Communication is only through WhatsApp, we called and wrote because there was no tap water and they never answered either by call or in writing.|4) The next day there was no water either and they told us to be patient and because in 30 minutes they would enable the service, they never enabled it, there was never water to bathe or brush our teeth.|5) We asked for breakfast included and they said they would bring it to the room right away, it never arrived|6) They gave no explanations, no alternatives, no apologies, and no compensation.|7) The view is spectacularly...

Quiet location but still very close to the main square. The beds are super comfortable and have lots of pillows which is a nice touch. Rooms are well lit and have hot showers. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook. Olga is a brilliant host and made me feel at home. She very kindly let me store my bag in the hostel while I went on...
